Job Title: DocuSign CLM Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Administrator to manage, configure, and support the DocuSign CLM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining contract management workflows, system configurations, managing different xml templates, user administration, and integrations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain the DocuSign CLM platform, including configuration, security, and performance monitoring.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure contract workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval processes.
• Maintain system settings, metadata, and document generation templates.

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Support the full contract lifecycle process including creation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.
• Configure and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and document automation.
• Ensure proper version control and audit trails for contract documents.

Workflow & Automation

• Design and implement automated workflows and approval routing.
• Configure notifications, reminders, and escalations.
• Improve efficiency through automation and optimization of contract processes.

Integration & Technical Support

• Support integrations with systems such as:
• Salesforce
• ERP systems
• Document management systems
• Work with IT teams on API integrations and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with DocuSign support when required.

Reporting & Compliance

• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for contract metrics and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Monitor contract milestones, expirations, and obligations.

Technical Skills

Role Summary

Own the design and implementation of the contract generation capability in

C3/Salesforce—including canonical template modeling, field mappings, merge logic, and

approval workflows—and deliver a pilot/MVP that enables automated, correct contract

generation.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end build of merge templates and document generation flows for contract

types in Salesforce/C3; establish reusable patterns and governance.

 Translate business requirements into technical designs (data model, mapping, merge rules,

validation/approvals) and own backlog grooming and sprint readiness.

 Implement in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Approvals,

and REST/SOAP APIs; integrate with clause libraries and metadata sources.

 Set engineering standards (coding guidelines, branching, CI/CD), perform code reviews, and

mentor developers; ensure performance, security, and auditability.

 Deliver a pilot for at least one contract type and expand to additional templates based on

fit/gap and stakeholder feedback; drive UAT and release readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Salesforce: Apex, LWC/Lightning, Flows, Approvals, SOQL/SOSL; experience integrating

third-party systems via REST/SOAP; strong understanding of template merge and document

generation.

 Prior experience with C3 is necessary.

 Data & Mapping: Designing canonical models, field mappings, clause/section metadata;

error handling and reconciliation.

 Dev Practices: Git-based workflows, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), unit/integration tests,

performance tuning, security (profiles, roles, sharing).

 Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a small agile squad, partner with BAs/Architects, and

communicate clearly with business/legal stakeholders.

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include working with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. The Facilities Engineer will ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient while also adhering to the government regulations. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and have previous building management expertise.
