About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who is passionate about building intuitive, user-centric digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless user experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, validating assumptions with users, and shipping high-quality designs that make an impact.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define user flows and product requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve experiences.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Continuously improve product usability through experimentation and data-driven design decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced product companies.
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, B2C, or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.
• Experience using analytics or user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Clarity, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform design decisions.
