Graphic Design Intern
DYT - Do Your Thng (DYT) is a creator community platform with an overarching vision to democratise influence and build a thriving creator community. We offer two solutions- an app for creators that helps them make a living out of content creation, and a self-serve web desk module for marketers to execute influencer campaigns in a quick, frictionless, targeted, and economically attractive manner.
- Create and design various materials for socials
- Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Hands on knowledge in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop. Adobe after effects would be an added advantage.
- Should have good idea about the colour theory

- A strong Engineer who LIKES building software - not just someone who knows the frameworks and can code
- We don't care about college degrees or if you are self taught - we only care that you're exceptional in your work and can be professional
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be organized, and deliver their own work within deadlines, professionally

- Work closely with UX designers and UX researchers to translate user needs and business requirements into visual designs that are minimalistic, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Follow and implement the visual design principles and visual trends.

POSITION SUMMARY
Essential Skills & Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in P2P domain which includes Procurement and Account Payables and Fusion
- P2P functional implementation experience including Interfaces & RICE objects with other legacy applications.
- Leading the business analysis capability in the procurement space, building excellent business connect, influencing and negotiating between tech and business.
- Capture & clarification of business requirements through a range of analysis techniques for the Business (data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, gap analysis and work & process flow diagrams)
- Function as a techno-functional resource and assist in designing solutions for business
- Understand the business data in depth, analyse key performance indicators and use the same to analyse the requirements further
- Obtaining agreement on business analysis deliverables and ensuring that they meet all the requirements of the business
- Proactively working with business to identify, define, and clarify the scope / issues in terms of complex business/systems requirements.
- Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability/feasibility
- Working with business to capture & clarify business requirements & support business & technology teams in data analysis, in UAT phase etc.
- Acting as a proxy customer with the development teams, facilitating open communication between the customer & development team
- Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer
- Aware of the AGILE terminologies and should have knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL for data querying & analysis will be an added advantage.
