- Create, own, and communicate a detailed product roadmap with clearly defined objectives, timelines, and priorities.
- Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with business goals and market opportunities.
2. Product Development and Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes to optimize the platform's functionality and user experience.
- Develop communication tools that optimize engagement, drive higher payment conversions, and streamline debt collection processes.
- Leverage expertise in voice-based technologies to design solutions that resonate with consumer preferences, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Integrate advanced AI and cloud capabilities to enhance the performance and scalability of voice-based products.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing fintech platforms, CRMs, and customer communication systems.
- Collaborate with data science teams to implement predictive analytics for optimizing customer interactions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of new features and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on product performance, upcoming releases, and strategic initiatives to leadership.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform.

KEY REQUIREMENT -
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in voice technology, cloud-based solutions, or fintech.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, high-impact products in fast-paced, competitive markets.
- Experience of working in the financial services or debt collections space is a significant advantage.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of voice-based technologies, cloud platforms in the space, and AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence platforms.

Key Accountabilities:
· Lead origination – conceptualize and develop implementable annual business plans to support growth of the Business Vertical / Organization. Meeting consultants, business influencers, EPC Contractors, OEMs.
