Job Description

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our applications. You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cloud environments, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring optimal performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure or AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• CI/CD Pipeline Enhancement: Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and build robust development and production environments.
• Application Deployment: Manage application deployments, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.
• Monitoring: Monitor infrastructure health and perform application log analysis to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and debug incidents, collaborating closely with development teams to implement effective solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code: Enhance Ansible roles and Terraform modules, maintaining best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Tool Development: Write tools and utilities to streamline and improve infrastructure operations.
• SDLC Practices: Establish and uphold industry-standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices with a strong focus on quality.
• On-call Support: Be available 24/7 for on-call incident management for production environments.

Requirements:

• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience deploying and provisioning virtual machines on Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
• Linux Administration: Proficient with Linux systems and basic system administration tasks.
• Networking Knowledge: Working knowledge of network fundamentals (Ethernet, TCP/IP, WAF, DNS, etc.).
• Scripting Skills: Proficient in BASH and at least one high-level scripting language (Python, Ruby, Perl).
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Git, Nagios, Snort, and OpenVPN.
• Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with peers, customers, vendors, and partners across all levels of the organization.

Required skillset
Experience in backend and frontend tech stack and deployment is mandatory.
Excellent programming skills in Golang/Python/Java, JS/Dart/Swift and HTML/CSS.
Proficient in Web architecture and cloud integration concepts.
Experience with NoSQL database is preferred.
Good to have hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure.
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Computer Science or related domain.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices are strong additions

Responsibilities
Help to architect Concepts/MVP with minimal supervision.
Work on the full spectrum of technology stack - backend & frontend.
Explore the feasibility of running video analytics on Edge (App/Browser)
Work with the Analytics team for creating various visualization options

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, In app, SMS and Email notifications & other digital campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & activities
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies & high frequency scenario
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Analyse existing products and plan growth and improvement strategy
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables
• Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
• Create reports and build reporting requirements for data management and analytics

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
• MBA in Marketing will be preferred
• Min 2-5 years of experience in Digital operations role
• Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Strong project and product management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions.

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
• Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.
• Prepare test-based applications for various .Net applications
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support

• Required experience in .Net Core 2.2 and above, Web API, EF, AWS or Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Snaplogic (both ground and cloud plex ) or Biztalk ( basic administration , simple xlt translations, and Api management ) or any other similar tool
• Update to .net 50 and Microsoft CORE 30 general coding practices
• Visual Studio use for C#
• Shared library through Nugget
• Unit Test / Test driven methods (use of Xunit and MOCK )
• Concepts of “;” service threading, caching, injection, NTier and entity 
• GIT repository (Gitflow branching strategies )
• Azure DevOps pull requests, commitments and Task usage
• SQL artifact writing (sprocs, tables, triggers , indexes, FKs ,and PKs)
• SQL understanding of relational database models

• Should have good problem-solving abilities
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan’s success or failure
• Should keep up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable to work as per client requirements/time zones
• Should possess strong team handling experience
