Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate must have strong command over React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, and working knowledge of Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) to build and integrate native modules when needed.

You will work closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless, fast, and stable mobile experiences for the ZestFindz ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
• Integrate REST APIs / GraphQL and handle authentication, caching, and error states efficiently.
• Implement and manage app state using Redux / Context API / Zustand.
• Optimize app performance, handle animations, memory leaks, and rendering issues.
• Manage offline storage using SQLite / AsyncStorage / MMKV.
• Configure and manage Firebase services - Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics.
• Handle deep linking, in-app navigation, and app lifecycle events.
• Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (with signing, provisioning, versioning).
• Work with DevOps to integrate apps into CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane / GitHub Actions / Codemagic).
• Write clean, modular, reusable code with proper documentation and testing.
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance for low-end devices and weak networks.
• Ensure security best practices - secure token storage, environment management, and data encryption.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in React Native (0.70+) and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Flux).
• Experience with React Navigation, Redux / Context API / Zustand, and API integration (Axios / Fetch).
• Familiarity with Firebase, App Permissions, and Push Notifications (FCM/APNS).
• Good understanding of Android Studio, Xcode, Gradle, and Cocoapods.
• Ability to write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests.
• Working experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab CI/CD.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug across full mobile stack.

Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of native SDK integrations (Maps, Camera, Payments, etc.).
• Experience with React Query / GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Fastlane, Crashlytics, App Center, or Sentry.
• Understanding of UX principles and animation libraries (Lottie, Reanimated).
• Experience with OTA updates (CodePush) and App Store Optimization (ASO).

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing

• Design and execute targeted email campaigns to generate qualified leads for SEO, Web Design, and Mobile App Development services.
• Research and curate B2B contact lists for outreach.
• Write compelling email content with clear CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, clicks, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Telecalling / Lead Nurturing

• Call prospects generated via email campaigns, online research, and company-provided databases.
• Pitch our digital services (SEO, web design, mobile apps) confidently and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and set appointments or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with potential clients and build rapport to convert cold leads into warm ones.
• Maintain detailed call logs, feedback, and follow-up status.

Design and develop scalable web applications using MEAN/MERN stack.

Build & optimize AI/LLM workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.

Implement vector storage & semantic search using FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma / Milvus.

Build APIs, microservices, and integration layers.

Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, DevOps).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Angular/React.
• Hands-on experience in LLM apps, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

The objective of Lead Conversion Specialist focuses on turning potential leads into actual customers through outbound calls.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Overall responsible for the lead conversion

2. Achieving 100% target in conversion

3. Convert the lead into conversion through outbound calls

4. Ensuring the customer slots are booked as per their request

5. Proactively handle any objections or issues that arise during the conversion process to facilitate a smooth transition.

6. Explaining the process of installation if asked by customer
