We’re seeking a results-driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team permanently in Pune. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring processes, delivering on key recruitment goals, and helping scale our talent acquisition efforts as we build for growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Act as an expert in engineering recruitment, particularly in hiring for MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) roles.
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and commercial positions, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build performance profiles, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent networks.
- Utilise Ashby ATS to manage hiring workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Reduce time-to-hire by streamlining processes and delivering high-quality candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Provide expert advice and training to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate assessment to enhance the overall hiring quality.
- Regularly track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness) and suggest improvements.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the recruitment process for your assigned roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Building a seamless and consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Developing strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with Verto’s business objectives.
- Specialising in engineering hiring, with a deep understanding of MEAN stack technologies and their talent landscape.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for engineering and commercial roles in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in managing multiple roles simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Expertise in engineering recruitment, particularly for MEAN stack roles, with a deep understanding of technical skill requirements.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to high-quality hiring outcomes.
- A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
