We are looking for a Senior Lead Designer at Hummingbird, you will guide and mentor a team of Graphic and UI/UX designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful designs that reflect our brand and enhance user experience.

• Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
• Graphic Design: Produce visually compelling graphics and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines across various platforms.
• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces and seamless digital experiences.
• Tool Proficiency: Work with tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator to design wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals.
• Communication: Clearly present design concepts, decisions, and feedback to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, preferably within the e-commerce domain.
• Proven experience leading and managing a design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful graphic and UI/UX work.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details: approx. 3-4 Months of development work and require support for next 3 months.

Job Role:

The selected professional/company will be responsible for:

1. Understanding our software's API structure and Oracle SOA framework.
2. Developing and implementing API integrations to connect our software with the specified Oracle SOA modules.
3. Ensuring seamless functionality and data synchronization between systems.
4. Performing rigorous testing to validate the integrations.
5. Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues during and after the integration process.
6. Setup the Development/UAT environment for the Oracle SOA integrations.

Modules to Integrate:

• Purchasing
• Payables
• Supplier
• Inventory
• General Ledger (GL)

Scope of Work:

1. API Integration: Establish seamless integration of APIs between our software and the above-mentioned Oracle SOA modules.
2. Data Flow & Functionality: Ensure smooth data flow and consistent functionality between systems.
3. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support and resolve any issues arising during the integration process.
4. Relevant Experience: Demonstrate prior experience with Oracle SOA integrations.

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Role & Responsibilities

Depending on current project needs, responsibilities could entail any of the following:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into architecture concepts and pseudocode
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code by writing clean, scalable code using Object Oriented Programming Principles (OOP) and our defined Development Standards guide
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying any observed bottlenecks and bugs, and suggesting solutions / technical alternatives to mitigate and address these issues; Make recommendations and/or changes towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code, and improve/streamline processes and systems
