Backend Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules, along with technical and process issues
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serve as liaison between development staff and project manager

Skills:

• Experience in design and system architecture and can write 
• efficient, testable, and reusable code
• OOP Concepts
• Knowledge of PHP
• Knowledge of MySQL
• Ability to work on different backend technologies
• Experience with Git, Slack (Optional)
• Experience with Laravel Framework will be a huge plus point

Role

• Develop & maintain shared APIs, libraries and frameworks
• Improve the performance and reliability of our services including databases, CI/CD pipeline, web services, and other integrations
• Monitor and scale our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with other teams on security, automation, and internal tools
• Evaluate and develop new tools and technologies that can help achieve company-level goals

Required Candidate profile

• 4 - 8 years of experience in Development.
• Should have good knowledge of backend Technologies like Python, Nodejs, Golang.
• Should have worked with Databases like Mysql, monogdb etc.
• Should have working experience in cloud environment.
• Engineering degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline from good institutes

Responsibilities:

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Implementation of security and data protection.

- Integration of data storage solutions {mysql, redis}.

- Understanding the requirements and planning the implementation accordingly.

- Good interaction with the team. Good debugging skills.

Skills:

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript {optimized code}.

- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it {sequelize}.
