improvements & tech in recruitment.
Create and implement innovative and out of the box sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best
talent in Unilever.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

3. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

4. Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:
