Role Overview :

Tesco is seeking a Senior QA Lead with a strong background in automation testing, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java-based test automation, performance testing tools, and problem-solving.

Must-Have Skills :

✅ Programming : Proficiency in Java.

✅ Test Automation : Hands-on experience with frameworks like -Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, JUnit.

✅ SDLC & Agile : Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

✅ CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI.

✅ Performance Testing : Familiarity with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner.

✅ Problem Solving : Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.

✅ Communication : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile application testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in mobile automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium, and Java, along with experience in functional and regression testing for Android and iOS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium WebDriver, and Java.
• Test Android and iOS mobile applications across multiple devices/platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and QA estimations.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing reports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
• Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Appium

• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and test design principles.

Educational Qualification

Strong UX / Product Designer profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ YOE in UX / Product Design, with a focus towards B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have recent 2+ YOE in a Good Product Company

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have worked on both UX and UI / Visual Designs (some UI / Visual Design experience is required)

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Strong collaboration experience with Product Managers, Researchers, and other Product stakeholders

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio of UX Design and UI/Visual Designs (both are Mandatory) for B2C Products

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-2 years in outbound sales (B2B, SaaS, or IT Sales preferred).
• Strong ability to independently generate leads through various platforms and tools.
• Proven track record in nurturing leads and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop creative and personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Orai's AI solutions.

Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:

• Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for outbound prospects.
• Address objections and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
• Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.

Pipeline Management & Target Achievement:

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

·      Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

·      Strong skills in addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.

Market Research & Sales Insights:

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
