• Driving and handling end to end E-commerce Growth for OZiva.
• P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.
• Growing e-com marketplaces accounts
• Work with R&D to develop new products for marketplace growth
• Mentor the team to optimize product listing, inventory, ad spends on marketplaces.
• Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.
• Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.

• 5+ years of successful ecommerce growth
• Demonstrated success in handling P&L
• Highly analytical.
• Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• 3+ years Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using server side technology (Java, Spring Boot / Node.js, Express)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
• Good knowledge of design patterns
• Proficiency in REST architecture
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with Git/CI/CD/Gradle/Maven
• Inclination towards writing quality and performant code

• Experience in Agile development
• Performance tuning, testing, refactoring and automation
• Experience working with AWS Cloud and Devops technologies (terraform , cloudformation, ansible)
• Experience running a production environment
