Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operations Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency within our insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and assisting in decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, operations, and performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Support business teams with ad hoc data requests and analysis
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in operational processes
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, underwriting, claims) for data requirements
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel or MIS tools

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Linux systems, cloud infrastructure automation, and network administration, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. ensuring firewall/network security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) for system and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers in production environments
• Familiarity with Network tools in Linus to triage network connectivity and performance issues .
• Configure, maintain, and secure network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Design and execute Network Continuity Plans (NCP) and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional team for triaging and resolving site specific issues in production related to server deployment , SOP adherence , Triage and defect resolution
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting using modern observability tools.

Objectives of this Role:

• Build, automate, and manage scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support development and production environments.
• Enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery across engineering teams.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security in cloud and containerized environments.
• Implement and enforce best practices in CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, and product managers.
• Proactively identify and automate manual processes to improve engineering efficiency.
• 3–7 years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Systems/Network Engineer.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go).
• Proficiency in Linux administration and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience managing network infrastructure and firewall rules (e.g., iptables, pfSense, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Docker (multi-stage builds, docker-compose)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to secure DevOps practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).

• Audit technical, on‑page and off‑page issues; ship fixes that lift traffic and revenue.

• Create keyword maps, content briefs and internal‑linking plans using Ahrefs/GSC data piped through Python or n8n.

• Build workflows in n8n, Airops and Zapier to scrape SERPs, cluster queries, monitor logs and flag anomalies in real time.

• Deploy GPT‑4o / Claude via API to generate schema, outreach copy and QA at scale, maintaining EEAT.

 Proven working experience of minimum 3+ Years in Android app development (Min 2Yrs. experience in Kotlin)

- Have strong knowledge in Kotlin and Java.

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Experience in implementing UI using DHTML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Ability to interact with APIs based on HTTP and REST architecture and handle dynamic data on frontend. Experience in writing unit test cases for UI components. Knowledge about securing application and vulnerabilities such as XSS & CSRF.
