System Admin Server Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with 3+ years of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will handle purchasing activities, supplier negotiations, and inventory coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and agreements in line with company policies.
• Ensure materials are procured within budget and meet quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and production teams for replenishment.
• Maintain and update supplier/vendor databases and build long-term supplier relationships.
• Compare price quotations, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure best value.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
• Support internal teams by providing accurate delivery timelines and resolving supply issues.

• The role involves development using C/C++ and related technologies on Windows and Linux platforms. You will be a part of the core product team developing the product. It will involve participation in requirements analysis, impact analysis, design, coding, review, testing and preparing test cases.

The role requires you to:

• Answer client queries related to use of Superset software product, on email channel, and largely phone channel
• To understand queries, resolve them by providing ways to achieve use cases using Superset tool
• Ensure customer success by providing timely resolution
• Write documentation and FAQs

Responsibilities

• Identify and Source candidates with matching skills and experience as specified in the requirements
• Interview and qualify shortlisted candidates to confirm suitability (technical, administrative and personal), attitude, honesty and reliability
• Confirm that the chosen candidates are willing to be deputed to work at our clients’ premises
• Build confidence and trust in the candidates that they are our team and full-time employees
• Follow-up with candidates by sharing with and obtaining from the candidates all information promptly and periodically throughout the recruitment process

• Use data to develop machine learning models that optimize decision making in Credit Risk, Fraud, Marketing, and Operations
• Implement data pipelines, new features, and algorithms that are critical to our production models
• Create scalable strategies to deploy and execute your models
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
• Undertake to preprocess of structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in applied data science or engineering with a focus on machine learning
• Python expertise with good knowledge of machine learning libraries, tools, techniques, and frameworks (e.g. pandas, sklearn, xgboost, lightgbm, logistic regression, random forest classifier, gradient boosting regressor etc)
• strong quantitative and programming skills with a product-driven sensibility
