Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocations.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.

• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, risks, and changes.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and resource utilization.

• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Problem Solving: Address issues and conflicts that arise during project execution promptly and effectively, seeking resolution to minimize disruptions.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Closure and Evaluation: Ensure proper project closure, including post-project evaluation, lessons learned documentation, and handover of deliverables to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a relevant industry.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.

• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, but not required

We are seeking a talented QA automation engineer to design testing procedures for our software applications. In this role, will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team.

To ensure success as a QA automation engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent project management skills. A skilled QA automation engineer can design and write efficient test procedures for every software application.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.
• Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
• Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.
• Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
• Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.
• Designing and installing software databases.
• Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.
• Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
• Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer.
• Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
• Familiarity with programming script languages including Java 
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good project management skills.

• Identify bad code practices in Scala and write new analyzers to detect them.
• Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.
• Ensure fewer false-positives are reported by the analyzer.
• Work on the internal tools that support analysis runtimes.
• Contribute to open-source static analysis tools.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience in Scala and Java.
• Understanding of the nuances of execution of the source code (AST, data flow graphs, etc).
• Familiarity with Scala best practices followed in the industry.
• Native experience with Linux/Unix environment.
• A focus on delivering high-quality code through strong testing practices.
