2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or consumer brands.

Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Experience in Shopify/landing page integrations and performance tracking tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.

Proven ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights.
