- Good experience in understanding the MM and EWM business process procedures and mapping into SAP, finding the gaps
- Excellent functional knowledge in Stores / Warehouse Management , BIN Management, Rack Management ,Storage Bins, Bin types , Storage unit types ,Put away, Picking Strategy configuration for the storage types , Mobile Data Entry(RF management) ,EWM master data and Transaction Data management and Master data setup for the Warehouses like Warehouse no, Storage types, Storage Section
- Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions
- Understand and have knowledge to integrate add on solutions and other SAP Modules such as SD , FICO
- Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging supply chain topics with senior management C level leaders.
- Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning , staffing.
- Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally.

The day-to-day

ICP Evaluation and Process Optimization
● Work closely with sales leadership to refine and enhance ICP criteria based on customer insights and market feedback.
● Develop effective messaging and outreach strategies tailored to each ICP.
Process Development and Team Expansion
● Design and implement scalable workflows and processes for the SDR team, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
● Coach, mentor, and support team members, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
● Partner with sales leadership to assess team needs and support expansion efforts as the business grows.
Metrics and Performance Analysis
● Track SDR KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing results to inform strategic adjustments.
● Leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and increase pipeline effectiveness.

● Experience: 3-7 years as an SDR, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting setup targets.

Financial Controller
1. Leadership and Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership on
strategic initiatives and providing financial insights
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process to

3. Cost Control: Implementing/ identify measures to control costs and improve
profitability
4. Team Management: Leading and developing a team to ensure effective

5. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to
mitigate them.
6. Hands on experience of fundraising from Institutional Investors and closely
monitor the due diligence process for fundraising.
7. Liaising with financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and other agencies
8. Dealing with Investment Bankers, NBFC, Rating Agencies and Govt authorities
9. Raising long term Debt and short-term funding
10. Interacting with Strategic investor, Private Equity, FIs and NBFCs
Chief Compliance Officer
11. Ensuring compliance with secretarial related matters under Companies Act 2013.
12. Liaison with Stock Exchanges, SEBI and other regulatory authorities and look
after yearly/half yearly returns, audit reports, SEBI enhanced supervision data
and other periodic compliances.
13. Handling of periodic and event-based compliances of Stock Broking, DP, Merchant
Banking, PMS and Market Making. Ensuring timely & accurate regulatory
submission to exchanges, Depositories, various PMS submission etc.
14. Review and defining processes for implementation of various circulars issued by
Exchanges, Depositories, SEBI etc.
15. Query handling in relation to regulatory area of SEBI, Exchanges & Depositories.
16. Handling regulatory & exchange inspections, if any.
17. Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the implementation of the
Compliance Policy, internal codes of conduct, prescriptions in compliance
manuals, etc.
18. Drafting of Annual Report sections relating to secretarial and legal compliances
under Companies Act.
