Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time Internship)

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and delivering content that engages audiences across platforms—especially around tech and long-format narratives. You’ll be

featured in some on-camera content, so we are currently looking for a male candidate for role-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and create engaging long-format content, particularly in the tech space.

● Script, shoot, and edit videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera as a presenter or host for certain video formats.

● Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

● Stay updated with trends across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

● Male candidate (role involves on-camera presence requiring a male host).

● Experience in creating or scripting tech-related or long-format content.

● Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma is a plus.

● Strong storytelling and communication skills.

● Comfortable in front of the camera and presenting ideas clearly.

● Available to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the internship duration.

Document Customer Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing their accounts.

Gather Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product updates, company policies, and industry trends.

Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Contribute to Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall customer support processes.

Create Knowledge Base Articles/FAQ's: Depending on the role, you may be asked to create content to aid in customer self service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Product Representative to join our team. This role involves fieldwork, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our medical products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Medical Products: Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to promote our products and educate healthcare professionals about their benefits.

Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, competitive positioning, and the latest industry trends to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders to increase brand visibility and foster loyalty.

Reporting: Keep detailed records of daily activities, including client interactions, sales, and any issues encountered, and provide regular feedback to the management team.

• Analyse client’s financial status (e.g., income, expenses and liabilities)

• Develop sound financial plan and budgets for clients according to their changing needs.

Purpose

 To design, develop, test, and maintain integrated software applications, systems, and platforms

 Responsible for ensuring that the software created is reliable, scalable, and secure

 The candidate should use his/her expertise to maintain enterprise wide upstream and downstream integration

solutions that help organizations achieve their business goals and provide value to end-users

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

 Designing and developing solutions at middleware and integration layer

 Ensure the best standards are followed for integrating with multiple upstream and downstream

applications

 Documenting and Developing APIs which are fault tolerant, performance oriented and allow for publishing

across multiple sources

 Ensure management of the interfaces on the WSO2 EI platform

 Ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging

 Ensuring that the integrations development is part of the overall CI/CD pipeline

 Working with stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet business requirements and are

delivered on time

Technical Requirements

 A Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, software engineering, or any other equivalent field

 Has 6+ years of experience in the field of software engineering or software development

 Experience with WSO2 middleware technologies like WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (EI), WSO2 API Manager,

and WSO2 Identity Server

 Experience in developing multiple type interfaces such as SOAP, REST, WebHooks, GraphQL and having

knowledge of working on changing one type to other

 Software development skills including proficiency in a modern programming language such as

Java/C++/Python/Golang.

 The ideal candidate should have worked on application development within an enterprise ecosystem.

 The person should also have the necessary knowledge to connect to systems like mail, DB, external

systems, or APIs etc.

 Ideally the person should have demonstrated creating common interfaces or adapters for interactions

between heterogeneous systems with least amount of code change or no code change at all on both the

integrating systems.

 The person needs to be hands on and should be able to write code and review the code of teammates.

 Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key

stakeholders and suppliers.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

You need to write scalable Golang code for developing and implementing robust applications. You would indulge your dedication and passion to build server-side logic ensuring low-latency and high-end performance. You should have sound knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices.

• System engineering and implementation in Golang.
