What would you be required to do?

·      Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile, and analyze bottlenecks

·      Design performance gauging, building robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients

·      Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud

·      Optimization of web applications for performance and scalability

·      Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing

·      Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

·      Write clean code to develop functional web applications

·      Troubleshoot and debug applications

·      Perform UI tests to optimize performance

·      Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications

·      Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

·      Gather and address technical and design requirements

·      Provide training and support to internal teams

·      Build reusable code and libraries for future use

What skills we are looking for?

Skills Needed:

·      PHP Laravel Framework, PHP Design Patterns.

·      Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

·      Push Notifications, Laravel Events, Queue, Observers

·      Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design

·      Experience writing highly secure web applications

·      Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies

·      Experience designing RESTful APIs, specifically for mobile apps

·      Computer science degree or equivalent experience

● Take ownership of guest issues and follow problems through to resolution.

● Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the guests.

● Meet and maintain Vista standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency.

● Provide guidance or assistance during the stay, post-booking to check-out, grievance handling, and provide

timely solutions.

● Ensuring timely collection of feedback post guests' stay.

● Reporting any damage of the property to the property operation team.

● Ensure closing of current guest tickets before next arrival.

● Ensure collection of extra payments during the stay.

● Keep up with the industry’s developments and apply best practices to the areas of improvement.

• Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
• Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Generating promising leads to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's services.

As a Developer, you will join our global team and develop industry leading products, tools and applications for the financial services and risk advisory industry. Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of previous experience

Job Description- Sr. Visual & Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer you will...

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design a variety of assets including social media designs, blog designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, illustration, etc.
• Work on multiple projects in parallel while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Help define and develop our brand narrative, style, and positioning
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to production like online and offline brand visual display, promotion materials, video clips...
• Must understand product design standard. Establish and promote design guidelines according to brand requirement know well about the trending design style and enhance the brand creativity meanwhile.
• Rapidly create sketches illustrations to visualize and effectively communicate your ideas
• Occasionally collaborate with the product team to design visual elements for the application

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a designer
• 2 years of minimum experience in internet design industry, experienced in illustration design or advertising design are preferred.
• Perfect graphic design and video editing skills, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere/After Effect or other visual design tools;
• Strong communication skills, fully understand the design needs or use scenarios. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Good cooperation and teamwork ability. Responsible for team, strong executive power, and capable of learning, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure.
