Role Overview:

As a Senior Python Developer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core product development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists, to architect robust backend services that drive our platform's performance. Your daily contributions will involve translating complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code, ensuring that our systems remain resilient and efficient as we scale to meet growing user demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Python to ensure seamless data processing and system reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that facilitate smooth integration between internal microservices and external third-party platforms.

- Optimize database queries and schema designs in SQL to improve application latency and support high-concurrency environments.

- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring that our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

- Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing using PyTest to maintain high code quality and minimize production defects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous technical improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of Django and Flask frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and document RESTful APIs that adhere to industry standards for security and performance.

- Proficient in managing and optimizing complex SQL databases to support data-heavy application requirements.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing AWS services to support deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong commitment to test-driven development, evidenced by a track record of using PyTest to ensure system stability.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Bangalore.

- Possess 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience, showcasing a consistent ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-paced environments.

 Sales and Marketing: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites), and Building material.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills.
• MBA in marketing/BBA

• Strong UI / Product / Visual Designer Profile (Not UX-focused)
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ Years of hands-on experience in UI / Product / Visual Design, with strong exposure to web and mobile app design (from concepting, wireframes, prototypes to final UI).
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong visual/UI design portfolio showcasing product, web, and app UI work with clear emphasis on visual hierarchy, interaction detail, color, and layout.
• Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Sketch, Axure, Zeplin is a plus).

Preferred

• Preferred (Skill) - Exposure of design AI tools is a plus
• Preferred (Additional Tools) – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Miro, and other collaboration or analytics tools.

Strong Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have spent the last 3 years continuously in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Product Specialist role, with clear ownership of customer-facing solutioning responsibilities.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience conducting technical discovery sessions, client demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with enterprise or mid-market clients.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have led or co-owned sales cycles for $50k+ ACV deals for at least 2 years, where selling $50k+ ACV was the core sales motion.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience in solutioning, configuring, and implementing technical demos of SaaS products.

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have a strong understanding of APIs and SaaS architecture.

Mandatory (Company) – B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Graduation Year) – Candidates should have graduated in 2018 or before.

Requirements:

• Required experience of 3 to 8 years

• Required Skill Set: Core Java, Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Database, Unit Testing & Rest API.

• Good to have Microservices

• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful

• You will be responsible to perform- requirement analysis, high-level design, coding, unit testing, and general quality assurance of the web applications

• Knack for writing clean, readable Java code

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

• Good to have knowledge of Spring Security, and JPA

• Strong experience in Endeca, ATG and BCC, Solr, any Headless CMS
• Considerable experience in databases such as SQL Server/Mongo DB is an added advantage
• Good experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React/VueJS is an added advantage
• Experience in Adobe AEM is an added advantage

• Experience in working with Apache Spark
• Solid demonstrated object-oriented software development experience with Java, SQL, Maven, relational/NoSQL databases and testing frameworks

• Should have experience working on Application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, AOP
• Exposure to tools – Jira, Bamboo, Git, Confluence would be an added advantage
