• Maintain relations between the community and developers.

• Understanding the default software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities(at the workflow level)
• Market research of the products.
• Responsible for new partnerships of the organization,
• Preparing a full User guide(technical doc/content) of the products for Webkul’s products, Services, and customers in written and video format as well.
• Attending international as well as domestic seminars, webinars, and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.

Job description:

1. Coordinating and Monitoring the Team Members to ensure that all Deliveries are Prepared and delivered to Customers within Stipulated Timelines.

2. Coordinating with Customers for Data & fee collection, Clarification of Suspense, and getting any Missed/Unclear Document Sets.

3. Scheduling Client Visits with DCs/Negotiators for Data Collection per the Pre-Determined Frequency set with Customers.

4. Escalating to Management any Issues they are Facing with Customers/Team Members.

Required Candidate profile:

1. Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com & M.Com)- Married Women mostly preferable.

2. Experience Working in an Accounts/Audit Office is an Added Advantage.

3. Prior Experience in using any Accounting Software is an Added Advantage.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
• Ensure version control and proper storage of project documentation.
• Work with project teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of wireframes is an advantage.
