We are seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming front-desk experience while efficiently handling daily reception responsibilities and providing basic administrative support to the HR/Admin team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as required
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support for meetings, interviews, and office activities
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and support other departments when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Kannada proficiency is a plus)

We are looking to hire an SEO Code Specialist who understands search engine optimization and can write SEO-rich code for company websites that makes them rank higher in search engines and drives maximum traffic.

You must be below 28, graduate from a Tier-1 Engineering College with 2+ years of SEO/SEM coding experience.

You will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of SEO/SEM strategy to increase rankings, online visibility & organic traffic, and ensure success of our brands.

Detailed Job Description

• Planning and execution of all SEO projects, including developing strategies for organic search visibility.
• Write compelling title tags & meta descriptions for all brands; do image & page-speed optimization, internal linkages, and improve the overall user experience.
• Day-to-day execution of organic SEO campaigns including keyword research, content gap recommendations, strategic optimization of existing content, competitor analysis, and site improvements.
• Own the complete organic content funnel - from driving organic traffic to the site to making sure that call to action and landing pages are correctly aligned to drive leads.
• Track progress through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, etc.
• Stay up to speed with the latest SEO trends and follow other SEO techniques from time to time to stay ahead of the game.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• Strong understanding of all SEO standard methodologies, such as user content optimization, meta-data optimization, SEO-friendly site architecture, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Consistent track record in leading SEO projects (from inception to completion) that drives business growth.
• Should be able to implement necessary changes to increase page speed, and other required technical interventions
• Worked with HTML, WordPress, CSS.
• Knowledge of WordPress & Bubble.
• Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, able to do hands-on work and analysis with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

1. To implement the manpower plan in coordination with the Site Head and Department Heads and do the placements and recruitment in line with the recruitment procedures, for all categories and ensure that the manpower strength is always maintained within the budged level.
2. To handle the administration of all human resources / personnel systems including performance appraisal systems in respect of all employees of the Site.
3. To prepare training plan in consultation with Operations Head and in coordination with all and Department Heads and ensure implementation.
4. To ensure that the training records including identified training needs of all employees are maintained and to assist in preparation of Training plan.
5. To maintain the Training Hall including the equipments / aids etc.,
6. To Co – ordinate and ensure that the evaluation / assessment of all trainees / Probationers of all category and to implement the recommendations.
7. To conduct the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise with a view to maintain and boost the morale of the employees.
8. To create a culture to induce personal as well as organization development.
9. To ensure that the requirements of health & safety measures for the Site are adhered to and complied with.
10. To ensure that the dossier/personnel data of all employees are maintained up-to date and provide the data as and when required.
