Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust database solutions including

  • Security, backup and recovery

  • Performance, scalability, monitoring and tuning,

  • Data management and capacity planning,

  • Planning, and implementing failover between database instances.

• Create data architecture strategies for each subject area of the enterprise data model.

• Communicate plans, status and issues to higher management levels.

• Collaborate with the business, architects and other IT organizations to plan a data strategy, sharing important information related to database concerns and constrains

• Produce all project data architecture deliverables..

• Create and maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of data analysis, business principles, and operations

• Software architecture and design Network design and implementation

• Data visualization, data migration and data modelling

• Relational database management systems

• DBMS software, including SQL Server  

• Database and cloud computing design, architectures and data lakes

• Information management and data processing on multiple platforms 

• Agile methodologies and enterprise resource planning implementation

• Demonstrate database technical functionality, such as performance tuning, backup and recovery, monitoring.

• Excellent skills with advanced features such as database encryption, replication, partitioning, etc.

Flutter JD:

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications that are responsive, performant, and reliable.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Ensure the security and data privacy of the applications you develop.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mobile app developer, with a strong portfolio of Flutter-based applications.

Proficiency in the Dart programming language.

Experience with the Flutter framework and its ecosystem, including state management and third-party libraries.

Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Redux).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

• Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems. 

• Oversee and maintain business process configuration, inbound and outbound integrations, and security

• Create and maintain advanced reports and web services to enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise, with end-user visibility both inside and outside of Workday
  
  
• Utilize Azure DevOps to coordinate and prioritize development efforts with the global team
  
  
• Understand HR work processes, and utilize LEAN or other process improvement methodologies to make processes more efficient
  
  
• Participate in periodic strategic planning exercises with the HR Operations Team to understand priorities and align the work efforts of key projects and working teams
  
  
• Participate in Agile development of Workday (our HRIS), working closely with the HR Operations team to prioritize and implement process improvements
  
  
• Provide leadership to other team members and stakeholders

• At least three years’ recent experience in HRIS or HR Operations
• Workday experience required, with a strong emphasis on security, reporting, and business process configuration. Need expertise on  Advanced compensation, absence, talent / performance experience and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) is a huge plus.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
• Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks ( Magento 1/2, Wordpress, YII, Laravel, Prestashop)

Understanding of MVC design patterns

Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools (like GIT) and of developing web services

Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc) (OPTIONAL)

•  JAVA/J2EE (Mandatory)
• HTML/CSS – Basics would suffice
• JavaScript, JQuery, JQWidgets – Must be proficient and core skill requirement

•  .NET Framework (v4.5 and above) + C# (v5 and above) programming language: Core skill set and mandatory
• Windows WCF (SOAP) /Web-API (REST using JSON): Must be proficient
• Windows Server knowledge – IIS + Windows services: Basics from deployment perspective
• MS SQL server: Must be proficient with queries and database objects

• Minimum 3 years as a technical lead
• Experience in Business, Data, Technical Architecture and leveraging tools
• Ability to triage complex problems into smaller units that are amenable to being solved.
