
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory Acquisition product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning,
- positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Identify, Plan and execute side Product Hacks to speedup Factory Acquisitions
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Build product flows for seamless factory onboarding at scale
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Drive the Factory CAC Metric
- Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer and/or b2b startups that have attained scale
- Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap
- Understands core technologies utilised in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
- Good understanding of acquisition and retention funnels
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast paced and an unstructured environment. Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing environment
- Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research
- Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills and comfort with data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities & Description of the role
Role requires working with cross-functional teams and involves following key responsibilities –
- Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head
- Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
- Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost control, rate hikes, cost analysis)
- Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD)
- Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing
- MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking and other analytics
- People management - internal stakeholder management
- Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Must have Skills
- CA/MBA Finance from Tier I college with 4-5 years of experience
- Proven working experience as a Business Finance Partner
- Experience with creating data models
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage overall data operations ensuring adherence to data quality metrics by establishing standard operating procedures and best practices/playbooks.

SENIOR FULL STACK C# / .NET CORE DEVELOPER

This is a SENIOR requiring a seasoned, driven developer with:
(1) >= 5 years coding experience
(2) Deep expertise in C# / .NET CORE;
(3) Extensive relational database knowledge;
(4) Drive, ambition, and business savvy to be a key member of a small team making critical strategic software development decisions;
(5) Drive and enthusiasm to code with aggressive feature development timelines;
(6) Ability, after COVID, to work in-office in Mumbai.
In this role, you will take over ownership of the .NET CORE back-end of a digital marketplace app. For the first two major projects, you will be:
(a) Designing and implementing an extensive database refactor to enable the creation of unlimited storefronts; and,
(b) Designing and implementing a financial transaction module.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, spearheading these projects and more, drawing on experience with prior projects to confidently chart the path forward.
We are not looking for someone who will need to learn relational databases and financial transaction APIs on the job.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Deep exposure to complex enterprise application development & maintenance.
