Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, and F5 BIG-IP Load Balancer technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks.
• Work with network routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs and switching technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Work on F5 BIG-IP Load Balancer configuration and troubleshooting.
• Analyze network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor network data and resolve network-related incidents.

What are you required to do ? (Your Responsibilities) :

• Proactively maintain and develop all linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24*7*365 uptime service.
• Engineering of systems administration-related various solutions for our various SAAS products and projects as well as operational needs.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Providing technical support to customers for Applications, Operating systems, and networking.
• Will also be the first point of contact for our clients, where installations are placed on a permanent basis, for basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.

Skills & Qualification Required (Add Value) :

• Graduate - Preferred to have Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• He / She should be familiar with the installation and configuration of Linux operating systems and setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux systems also familiar with Internet concepts including SMTP, IMAP, POP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP and related protocols.
• You should possess excellent communication skills .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Engineering & Team Leadership

• Architect & Maintain: Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, and Google Workspace) supporting both corporate offices and widespread on-site clinic networks.
• Lead the Team: Mentor and manage a team of system/network engineers, setting clear milestones, managing internal ticketing escalations, and conducting performance reviews.
• Uptime & Redundancy: Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical health-tech delivery systems by monitoring network traffic, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing failover mechanisms.

2. Data Privacy, Cyber Security & Compliance Safeguards:

• Privacy & Zero-Trust Infrastructure: Implement strict access control mechanisms, data encryption standards (at rest and in transit), and zero-trust network frameworks to protect sensitive personal health information (SPI/PHI).
• End-to-End Security Architecture: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of enterprise-grade Antivirus/EDR solutions, End-to-End Firewalls, and comprehensive Cybersecurity frameworks to defend against external and internal threats.
• Access Control & Governance: Define, implement, and enforce robust Access Control policies—including Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)—across all corporate, clinical, and Google Workspace environments.
• Access Reviews & Audits: Establish and oversee routine, formalized Access Review processes, ensuring user permissions, administrative privileges, and third-party access are regularly audited and validated.
• Regulatory Alignment & Audit Readiness: Align IT, network policies, and access governance protocols with Indian data protection laws (DPDP Act) and global healthcare standards (HIPAA principles). Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and maintain clean compliance logs.

3. Data Data Understanding & Visualization:

• Infrastructure Analytics: Look beyond raw logs. Analyze data flow patterns, bandwidth utilization, and system performance logs to deeply understand network health.
• Executive Dashboards: Transform complex IT operational data, compliance metrics, and access audit logs into intuitive, actionable visual dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Present clear data trends to the executive leadership team regarding resource utilization, forecasting future capacity needs, and justifying infrastructure spend.

- **Client Engagement:** Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Network Management:** Design, implement, and maintain NTRX network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.

- **Database Support:** Utilize SQL to manage, query, and analyze data as needed, ensuring that clients’ databases are functioning efficiently and effectively.

- **Cloud Support:** Assist clients with cloud deployment and support services, helping them to migrate their systems to the cloud and optimize their cloud infrastructure.

- **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, implementations, and support processes to ensure knowledge transfer within the team and to clients.

- **Training & Development:** Provide training and support to clients and team members on NTRX solutions and best practices.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies within networking and cloud services to enhance service offerings and promote innovation.

**Required Skills:**

- **Networking Expertise:** Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies. Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing network performance is a must.

- **SQL Proficiency:** Ability to write, read, and optimize SQL queries, with a robust understanding of relational databases.

- **Cloud Support Skills:** Familiarity with cloud vendor platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and experience in providing cloud-based solutions and support.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and execute on multiple tasks efficiently.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in networking or IT support, with a focus on professional services or client-facing roles preferred.

- Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.
