Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations professional who can help build and streamline HR systems, processes, and employee experience as the company scales globally.

This role will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
• Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HRIS systems.
• Ensure HR compliance, policies, and documentation are maintained.

Employee Experience

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

Process & Automation

• Improve HR workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
• Work with internal teams to build automation-first HR operations.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Track and maintain HR metrics, reports, and workforce data.
• Support leadership with HR dashboards and insights.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes
• Exposure to HRIS systems, HR documentation, and compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
• Exposure to automation tools or HR analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements
• Develop training materials and train users
• Recommend and Develop Common Component development, integrations, and configurations

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.
• Implementation of the user roles for application and established application security.

• Hands on Experience on OneStream or Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Must have Vb.net scripting experience or Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory

• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)

Skills / Competencies

• 3+ years of Agile product/project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions
• 5+ years of experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST Micro Services and Cloud Technologies
• 2 or more engagements as a lead (scrum master, product owner, Kanban lead, etc.) on delivery or consulting projects / product based on Scrum/ Kanban framework
• Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for smarten Spaces community that helps them succeed in their business goals
• Partner with Agile leadership, other delivery leads, Product Owner and other internal / external stakeholders to drive effective adoption of best practices, deployment of processes, methodologies and tools, execution of ceremonies and to drive continuous improvement on delivery engagements
• Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
• Instil best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Software Development experience; experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
