Square Panda is a startup headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA with additional offices located in India
and China. We are in a research based Ed-Tech space, focusing on children's early literacy. We
have 3000+ schools under our belt and are proud to cater the needs of English Language
development of 70,000+ kids worldwide. Our multisensory neuroscience research-based phonics
learning system comes equipped with educational games to teach children many essential skills.
With a curriculum that has been specially adapted for Indian schools and children, we strive to
empower beginner learners through phonics awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain art production workflow/pipeline by writing scripts/tools to aid artists to create more efficiently
- Become embedded with external customer teams to develop games, tools and provide support
- Integrate assets into client’s applications without sacrificing artistic vision or exceeding technical limits of the platform
- Produce particles, shaders and other VFX for Unity applications(Unity 2019.4 LTS)
- Build close relationships with client engineers and with Unity's internal development teams
- Efficiently solve problems, communicate, and educate our clients, both remotely and on-site at their offices
- Proactively train yourself to remain at the forefront of Unity Engine technology
Requirements
- Excellent skills in:
- Understanding of the technical art asset delivery for an entire game for real-time use.
- Writing shaders for real-time rendering.
- Unity Visual Effect Graph
- Using Photoshop, Illustrator for Texture & sheet creation.
- Shader Graph for unity 2019.4.2
- Communication, in both spoken and written English
- Self-organization and working independently
- Collaboration and working in teams
- Enthusiasm for working with video games projects.
- Minimum experience 2+ years.
- Location - Mumbai
Bonus points
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to make beautiful things in real-time
- Experience on 2D games
- Scripting skills in C#
- Comprehensive knowledge of rendering fundamentals: modeling, texturing/shading/surfacing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering
- Profiling and performance optimization of applications
- Experience using the Unity engine professionally
- Experience with technical writing, training or giving talks

Responsibilities
o Lead the identification and execution of opportunities where Analytics can make a difference across the company with focus on multiple markets we operate in - US, India and China.
o Actively champion adoption of the analytics solutions across various markets and functions
o Translate business problems into Insights projects and lead in quantifying the various types of risk and rewards that allow these projects to be prioritized.
o Excellent project management and executive communication skills.
o Understanding of the techniques and technologies of data science, along with a detailed understanding of the challenges associated with each (e.g. overfitting, model refresh, challenge of acquiring training data, cost of compute, etc.)
o Proactively and continuously assess the marketplace and its dynamics, customers, and competitors.
o Provide an unbiased point of view on the performance of markets/brands, supported by facts and evidence
o Develop research strategies to ensure internal understanding of customer and competitor insights
o Develop and implement market research & analytical plans, in collaboration with cross‐functional teams.
o Seeks out alternative/creative ways of meeting an information need, considering new techniques to address business challenges.
o Monitor program risks and ensure appropriate actions are taken, including escalating issues timely to the management

Responsibilities
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
• Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered
• Looking after the entire sales lifecycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion
• Counselling school decision-makers via call, email, or in-person and suggest the best course for prospective students
• Updating and maintaining MIS reports
• Coordinating with the Sales team to fine-tune Pitch and do sales campaign-related activities.
Desired profile:
• Any Graduates/ undergraduate can be considered with relevant experience
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
• Candidate must have a good experience in B2C/B2B-Sale
• Should have good convincing skills.
• Good written & spoken English and pitching skills
• Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
