What you will do:
- Partnering with Customer Success team to establish relationships with current account contacts, ensuring smooth transition of closed deals
- Confidently networking within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigating throughout the organization
- Qualifying leads, converting to opportunities and closing deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
- Presenting demo software platform to various industries and executives
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
- Leveraging internal resources to help accelerate sales process or mitigate risk
- Ensuring sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team
- Collaborating with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns
What you need to have:
- At least 4-10 years of inside sales experience, particularly for a SaaS product selling in India market
- A positive and energetic personality, excellent listening skills, and professional presentation skills
- Ability to explain cloud software and technical concepts to a wide-ranging audience
