Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our financial solutions, and building long-term business relationships.

This role involves a balanced mix of field and office-based activities (50% each).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and online channels.
• Meet potential clients to present and promote VTAMINM’s financial services such as Business Loans, Debt Solutions, and Investment Offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, documentation, and client onboarding.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitive trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and industry forums.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance (BBA/MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role (field + office).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

● In-depth knowledge of full-stack development principles and best practices.

● Expertise in building web applications with strong proficiency in languages like Node.js, React, and Go. 

● Experience developing and consuming RESTful and gRPC API Protocols.

● Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and DevOps processes. 

● Solid understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

● Experience with Kubernetes deployment and workflows using tools like Argo.

● Experience applying AI/ML models to optimize workflows or enhance product features, with familiarity in frameworks like TensorFlow, MLflow, Kubeflow, or PyTorch. 

● Experience fine-tuning existing AI/ML models to adapt to specific use cases or datasets, ensuring optimized performance. 

● Experience with Workflow Orchestration tools like Temporal and Windmill.

● Strong background in System Design. 

● Hands-on experience with Queuing Mechanisms such as RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka. 

● Experience with designing and building user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI. 

● Excellent understanding of distributed systems, databases, and APIs. ● A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Bonus points if you have: 

● Experience with building self-serve platforms or user onboarding experiences.

● Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

● A strong understanding of security best practices for Kubernetes deployments.

● Grasp on setting up Network Architecture for distributed systems.

We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Director, Engineering to play a pivotal role in building the most critical engineering solutions for our business growth. This new role will be supporting the enterprise and Technology organization of business line.

The Director, Engineering works with the Product Owner to understand the business strategy and work together to define the roadmap of product feature development over the next couple of years. Along with that the key aspect is to ensure that the team is aligned to deliver these strategic initiatives which would encompass building data streams, data analytics and feature development across multiple projects in close partnership with our Product teams.

As a Director in Acqueon you will need….

• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science/IT preferred
• With 15+ years of experience in building and managing highly skilled development teams, and the ability to lead, coach and influence them
• Deep understanding in Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL database, Elastic search, K8S and Docker
• Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault tolerant systems
• Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones and overcoming challenges
• Previous experience in working with other international R&D, product management and support teams
• Proven knowledge in both architecture and implementation-level software design of high-scale distributed systems
• Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the Architects and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Within the established architectural guidelines.
• Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them

• Should have experience with CDP platforms, NoSql platforms, java/python, AWS platform, ELT (connectors to fetch data, transform) additionally experience with Sagemaker, AI Modelling and Data Science would be a plus

The Client Experience team is comprised of subject matter experts that drive Bizongo's 
solutions nationwide, for its clients. This team will need to ensure Client stickiness by leveraging on intelligences that can be derived through Operations, Product, Packaging and Design. 

Key responsibilities:

• Adopt a data-driven solution based approach to work on internal operations that impact Client Experience

• Prior Account Management/Client Service experience can be beneficial, but not mandatory
