We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and seamless experiences throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
- Provide travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Upsell travel packages and add-on services to enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings at once.
