You will be reporting to the COO and will be assisted in the role with a team of your own and cross functional teams such as sales, learning, product & design.

Your responsibilities will include:

Business insights
You will be the custodian for the generation of all insights be it market research, consumer
Insights or competitive landscape. These will be the power behind everything we do.

Growth

You will be responsible for defining our growth strategy, coordinating and executing growth
plans, and optimising our funnel to meet revenue targets. Our ambitions are big and so will be the scale of this role - from our current 25000+ educators to 60 million globally.
We've listed a few things you'll be responsible for below, but it will also be your call to
determine which of these we should spend resources on and which we should not.
• Identifying target geographies and schools for each business
• Planning marketing initiatives to generate leads, using below
• Content (key medium)

While the immediate focus will remain to grow the business, eventually you will also help build the company brand and lead key initiatives for it.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Product development.
• Strong belief in software craftsmanship and practicing it in day-to-day work, expert in Microsoft. NET technology stack is a must.
• Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP. NET MVC and C#.
• Usage of SQL and no SQL databases.
• Hands on experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices.
• Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#.
• Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes.
• Good understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design.

We are seeking a passionate Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, with a strong background in developing and deploying state-of-the-art models on Cloud. You will participate in the complete cycle of building machine learning models from conceptualization of ideas, data preparation, feature selection, training, evaluation, and productionization.

On a typical day, you might build data pipelines, develop a new machine learning algorithm, train a new model or deploy the trained model on the cloud. You will have a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and influence over your work, machine learning organizations' evolution, and the direction of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of Industry experience in Data Science, ML/AI projects. Experience in productionizing machine learning in the industry setting
• Strong grasp of statistical machine learning, linear algebra, deep learning, and computer vision
• 3+ years experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: R, Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow or other ML Frameworks.
• Experience in using Cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure. Understand the principles of developing cloud-native application development

• Design and implement ML components, systems and tools to automate and enable our various AI industry solutions
• Apply research methodologies to identify the machine learning models to solve a business problem and deploy the model at scale.
• Own the ML pipeline from data collection, through the prototype development to production.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable inference services that communicate with the rest of our tech stack

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Programming Language: Python. 
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries Experience in Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Good Knowledge in any SQL database administration Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Experience in developing modular plugins for any open source enterprise business web applications
• Knowledge in integrating third-party applications using any web service is also preferred.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming Strong experience in PostgreSQL. Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS and XML/RML is must.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Knowledge in Python programming and Odoo ERP
• Knowledge in developing applications using Python.
• Knowledge about Web Technologies, Web Services Sound knowledge of coding, server deployment and troubleshooting.
