Software Development Engineer in Test - Level III

·        Identify and engage prospective tenants through networking, cold calling, and referrals, while building strong relationships, following up consistently, and converting leads into successful tenancies.

·        Coordinate and arrange showings/tours of Applicants with Property Managers.

·        Screen Applicants through background and credit checks.

·        Ensure closure – Conduct additional follow-ups if needed. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and prepare leasing documents. Coordinate move-in dates, materials and other processes. Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.  

·        Build and maintain good relationship and strong rapport with current tenants. 

·        Stay up to date with current market/industry trends and with the competition. Provide information on properties to Management.

·        Attain Sales Goals/Targets (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) and ensure regular reports to Management.

·        Attend to administrative duties – Maintain records and manage lease renewals. Prepare, organize and implement sales and marketing projects and activities. Ensure proper documentation/record-keeping and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain WinForms applications.

 Knowledge of .NET languages including C#, & Winforms is Mandatory.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new

features.

 Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and ASP.NET.

 Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing complex

queries and stored procedures.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales of corporate kiosks, industrial Label printers, Line Matrix Printers, and POS terminals (80% primary product).
• Sales of AIDC printers (20% secondary product).
• Conduct periodic meetings with end customers across various verticals.
