Roles & responsibilities

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Administration, Installations, Migrations, Patching, Backup and Recovery to provide 24x7 Production Support.
• Monitoring and analyzing Logs.
• Good understanding of Indexes, Statistics and Postgres
• Experience working in "Performance Tuning"
• Creation and maintenance of Databases, creating Roles and managing user permissions, resolving deadlocks.
• Worked on Database Maintenance, Backups and Recovery Plans.
• Database Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Backup/Recovery, Security Management.
• Worked on Replication and Log Shipping related issues.
• Worked with Crontab 
• Administering databases in development, test, QA and production environment.
• Automation using PowerShell scripts, BASH, Python
• Implementing best practices for access controls
• Ability to document technical as well as management process flows
• Ability to work effectively with business areas, IT Support teams and peers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Not required, but nice to have: experience working in Azure, AWS or Snowflake

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Consultant with comprehensive expertise in enterprise-level application development across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud. The role demands a strong architectural mindset combined with hands-on execution. The Consultant will also play a critical role in understanding the current system architecture end-to-end, driving technical improvements, building the tech team foundation, and establishing structured technical documentation. Key Responsibilities • Understand the complete architecture of the existing systems, including web, mobile, backend services, and cloud environment. • Provide hands-on leadership across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. • Architect and optimize enterprise-grade applications for scalability, security, performance, and reliability. • Conduct technical due diligence on current systems and propose improvements or refactoring plans. • Build the foundation for the internal engineering team including hiring support, role definitions, and best-practice processes. • Drive engineering workflows including coding standards, branching strategy, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management. • Create comprehensive technical documentation covering system architecture, API specs, deployment playbooks, and SOPs. • Review code and provide mentorship to engineering resources. • Coordinate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical design and actionable development roadmap. • Troubleshoot and resolve deep-stack issues during development or production. • Provide the reasoning behind the design solutions and anything related to the user journey, wireframes, research findings, high fidelity designs, and usability testing.

• Improve the user experience of the product based on customer feedback or analytics findings.

• Responsible for validating designs with customers at an early stage, also responsible for checking how features are used after they go live and iterate if need be.

• More than 2+ years of relevant experience designing for customers in B2B or B2C products.

• Strong portfolio of innovative, customer-centric design work that demonstrates proficiency in UX design and interaction design.
• Demonstrated history of acquiring user data by conducting usability studies and performing user research, survey etc.

• Fluency in best practices of User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design, practical knowledge of User-Centered Design processes and lifecycles.
