As a Remote Compliance and Audit Intern, you will be focusing on supporting our compliance and internal audit functions to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and align with our ethical values. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal processes, identifying potential compliance gaps, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. Since compliance plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments across Springer Capital, gaining insight into both operational and strategic aspects of the organization.
• Audit technical, on‑page and off‑page issues; ship fixes that lift traffic and revenue.
• Create keyword maps, content briefs and internal‑linking plans using Ahrefs/GSC data piped through Python or n8n.
• Build workflows in n8n, Airops and Zapier to scrape SERPs, cluster queries, monitor logs and flag anomalies in real time.
• Deploy GPT‑4o / Claude via API to generate schema, outreach copy and QA at scale, maintaining EEAT.
• Guide devs on Core Web Vitals, hreflang, structured data and site architecture.
• Automate dashboards in Looker Studio/BigQuery for transparent reporting.

What will you do?
- You will be the voice of the Enterprise customer sand help customers with issues related to the platform. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving tickets from enterprise customers while adhering to SLAs.
- You will document customer pain points to help in process improvement. You will also surface customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements in the product.
- You will explore customer data to identify trends with the objective of issue resolution.
- You will resolve customer issues through process expertise without having to escalate to higher levels of management but also understands when higher level of authorization is required.
