ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job Description:

Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Technical Lead with expertise in Micro services, Cloud Infrastructure,

API Integrations, Networking, Python, Database technologies, and strong proficiency in DevOps

practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, showcasing a

comprehensive skill set and a track record of successful project delivery. This role requires

proficiency in cloud services, a deep understanding of DevOps principles, and experience with

database management. Additionally, cloud migration experience is considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, providing technical guidance and

support.

• Ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.

• Microservices Architecture:

• Design and implement scalable and modular micro-services architecture.

• Enforce best practices in micro-services development, deployment, and

monitoring.

• Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps:

• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Demonstrate strong DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

• API Integrations:

• Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between system components.

• Prioritize security and reliability in API integrations.

• Networking:

• Design and implement network solutions for distributed systems.

• Troubleshoot and optimise network performance.

• Programming Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for backend development. Django or flask framework.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality and

adherence to best practices.

• Database Management:

• Design and optimise database schemas for performance and scalability.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Mandatory Skills:

• Cloud services expertise any one (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding and application of DevOps principles.

• Database management experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud migration experience.

• Certification in relevant cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with containerisation, CI/CD and orchestration tools (Docker, Jenkins,

Kubernetes).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

• Proven expertise in micro-services architecture, cloud infrastructure, API

integrations, networking, Python, and database technologies.

• Design and build applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents
• Work on back-end & front-end development of core scripts using NodeJS/ MongoDB/React.js/Angular/Express /Redux.
• Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
• Write reusable, easy to maintain, versioned code using DRY principles
• Integrate existing tools and business systems (in-house tools)

Required Education:

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, IT, Electronics only

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus

Role & Responsibilities

• Application Architecture: Design and implement application environment
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based (on-premise) computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and monitor the disaster recovery (DR) of all servers.
• Respond and assign a team to resolve help desk requests
• Monitor and maintain server functionality and security issue.
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Automation configuration management using either Ansible, Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
• Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, FTP, and Web servers.
• Troubleshoot in-house network issues and fix them.
• Provide solutions to complex problems on the integration of various technologies
• Design plans as well as lead initiatives for the optimization and restructuring of network architecture
• Monitor the environmental conditions of a data center and cloud servers to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices
• Collaborate with IT handlers, sales, and data center managers to develop an action plan for improved operations
• Conduct inspections on power and cooling systems to ensure they are operational and efficient
• Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents in a data center and cloud servers.
• Monitor and maintain company assets
• Infra-team management and skills enhancement (training) plans and execution

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of the Linux Operating System
• Expertise in Shell and/or Python scripting
• In-depth knowledge of any of the CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab etc.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix/ Nagios etc.
• Expertise in any one of the cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and other cloud solution providers
• Strong experience with SQL and MySQL
• A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Angular and NodeJS)
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations
• Basic experience with VMware
• Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues

-7+ years of experience in API automation and UI automation
-Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for automation and testing

-Must be able to demonstrate expertise with functional automated testing platforms

-Good understanding of OOD and SOLID design principles

-Understanding of basic architecture principles and architecture design and how it affects testing

- Strong knowledge and practical experience of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and practices

-Experience with managing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools used across teams

• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in Odoo Implementation & Development
• Specialized in ODOO.
• Programming Language: Python, BackboneJS, HTML5, BootstrapCSS
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Experience in Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.,
• Good Knowledge in any SQL database administration
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Experience in developing modular plugins for any open source enterprise business web applications.
• Knowledge in integrating third party applications using any API / web service is also preferred.
• Strong background in Object Oriented Programming
• Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
• Should have Technical and Functional knowledge in ODOO
• Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS and JS is must.
• Experience in Odoo Commerce & Website platform added as plus

• Experience in Python programming and Odoo/Open ERP project.
  
• Experience in developing new Odoo modules and applications using Python
  
• Sound knowledge of coding, unit testing, server deployment and troubleshooting.
• Follow the agile methodology to deliver the quality module.
  
• Follow the code standards on both python and odoo.
  
• Understand the business process and be able to provide the solution / recommendation

1. Application Developer -UI

• 2-5 years of experience in Front end development including Vue.js (preferred) or Angular js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• While Vue.js preferred a good understanding of Angular / React is acceptable. Should be able to adopt to Vue.js. quickly.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT (JSON Web Token) and Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Good communication skills.
