About the role

We are looking for a person who has an understanding of various destinations and tour sales

packages. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Holiday Domestic and International

Sales professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction during peak holiday

seasons. This role will involve managing and executing sales strategies for both domestic and

international markets, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional

customer service.

2.Utilize effective sales techniques, including product demonstrations, presentations, and

negotiations, to close deals

3.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the holiday season, aligned with

overall business objectives.

4. Identify target markets, analyse market trends, and develop tailored sales approaches to maximize

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

6.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-booking.

7.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

1. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our domestic and international holiday

packages, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.

2. Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and destination information.

3. Participate in training sessions and product presentations to enhance product knowledge.

Administrative & Reporting:

1. Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data in our CRM system.

2. Prepare and process booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documents.

3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

4. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional

manner.

5. Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Targeting and lead generation:

1. Utilize social media and other digital tools to generate leads.

2. Attending travel fairs and other events to promote products.

3. Work with marketing team on promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in travel related domain

 Candidate should have knowledge of travel industry

Job Description:

We are seeking Electrical Design Engineers with strong experience in detailed engineering and design for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Pharma, and Chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform detailed engineering and design of electrical systems in line with project specifications, codes, and standards.

 Develop and review single line diagrams (SLD), load schedules, cable sizing, earthing and lighting layouts.

 Prepare specifications and data sheets for electrical equipment like transformers, switchgears, MCCs, UPS, VFDs, etc.

 Coordinate with other disciplines (Instrumentation, Civil, Mechanical, Process) for integrated design solutions.

 Carry out cable routing, cable tray layouts, lighting, and earthing drawings using CAD tools.

 Interface with vendors for technical evaluation and review of electrical packages.

 Support procurement team in vendor document reviews and approvals.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards, IS/IEC/IEEE/NEC and relevant client specifications.

 Participate in site surveys, FAT/SAT, and provide construction and commissioning support as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of electrical system design for hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx).

 Hands-on experience in ETAP or similar electrical design software is preferred.

 Familiar with international and Indian standards (IEC, IS, IEEE, NEC).

 Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering calculation tools.

JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE MANAGER - TELUGU PROGRAMMING

LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist in managing the daily Telugu programming and curation strategy. Working knowledge of

Kannada + Malayalam is a big plus

 Basic data analysis and number crunching is an important part of this role

 Work with the Programming Teams as well as other cross-functional teams to achieve various

organizational objectives

 Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure the on time and orderly flow of work

 Curate and maintain a substantial number of varied playlists based on different Moods, Genres

and Activities.

 Think of creative ideas & concepts for Festivals, events & Trending Topics

 Stay on top of new music releases

 Help find ways to organize, facilitate, and improve general programming processes

 Create and update departmental calendar and project status

 Keep entire team informed on the current status of all jobs in progress via status meetings

 Keep abreast of all work in the Programming Department and follow up on due dates that were

established for copy, artwork, playlists and other deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree

 Proficient in Telugu – reading and understanding

 3-5 years’ experience in the music industry, ideally programming for music services, working

with a broad range of music content

 Basic data analysis and number crunching

 Passionate about music and have deep knowledge of music culture (Telugu).

 Highly organized, creative self-starter with experience working on multiple projects at the same

time

• Write technical designs (conception, architecture, data model)
