About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed systems. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing APIs, architecting robust systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and optimize APIs for large-scale applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Apply clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and clean architecture to deliver maintainable and robust code.
• Work with distributed systems technologies (Kafka, ELK, in-memory databases, Cassandra, or similar).
• Write efficient SQL queries and integrate with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define and align on technical decisions.
• Identify and solve complex problems with innovative and scalable solutions.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, system design, and performance optimization.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL.
• Significant experience in API design and optimization for enterprise-scale applications.
• Proficiency in distributed systems & related technologies (Kafka, ELK, in-memory DBs, Cassandra, etc.).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Identify and convert leads into customers, and nurture long-term relationships.
• Build a strong sales pipeline in your designated city, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Represent On2Cook at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain timely reporting, proactive follow-ups, and consistent deal closures.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in hospitality, food tech, or kitchen equipment is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with a flair for storytelling and customer engagement.
• Passion for food technology and the ability to relate well with chefs and culinary professionals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern In the U.S.A who can run sales drive for Spacenos and help us obtain clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out Sales Drive in the U.S.A for Spacenos. 
• Observing and carrying out sales processes.

Payscale

• Commision based - 10% to 15% of the total revenue brought in by you.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js, Go or any other back end programming language is a plus .
• Experience of turning UI/UX designs to applications and keen interest in the UI/UX side of an application. 
• Able to build prototypes quickly and work with the product teams to test a concept. 
• Demonstrable experience in building front end or UI/UX development practices in previous jobs. 
• Building and implementing a product on cloud based infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Microservice Architecture, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD and Serverless.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using Agile Methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum to build quality software.
• Good communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ( NodeJS & ExpressJS) in) Development on both client and server-side
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and front end frameworks(Angular 7, AngularJS) 
• Having experience in building a responsive web design
• Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts
• Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS
