Job Description
We are seeking a Senior/Architect ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of ServiceNow development projects, leading the technical implementation of solutions. You will customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:

- Create reports, dashboards, and NOW-Performance Analytics widgets.
- Technical documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.
- Support Competence Center development: Actively support the establishment and growth of the Competence Center in the company.
- Knowledge transfer: Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to ServiceNow developers, ensuring the team's continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the development environment with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Very good knowledge of solution and interface concepts, as well as industry standards such as Ajax, CSS, REST API, Angular, Web Services, SOAP, and XML.
- Excellent programming/scripting skills, ideally in JavaScript.
- Experience in +2 of ServiceNow applications "Customer Service Management", "Field Service Management", "Security Operations", "Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance", "Financial Services Operations" and/or "IT Service Management", plus custom apps.
