Responsibilities of the role:

 Build Marketing-Mix and Multi-Touch attribution models using a range of tools, including free and paid.

 Work with large data sets via hands-on data processing to produce structured data sets for analysis.

 Design and build Visualization, Dashboard and reports for both Internal and external clients using Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or R Shiny/Python.

What you will need:

 Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or quantitative field.

 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing/Data Analytics or related field with hands-on experience in building Marketing-Mix and Attribution models.  Proficiency in one or more coding languages – preferred languages: Python, R

 Proficiency in one or more Visualization Tools – Tableau, Datorama, Power BI

 Proficiency in using SQL.

 Proficiency with one or more statistical tools is a plus – Example: SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, Mathcad.

 Working experience using big data technologies (Hive/Hadoop) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

System Analyst

The individual in this role will gather, document, and analyze client functional, transactional, and insurance business requirements across all insurance functions and third-party integrations. System Analyst will also work within a cross-functional project team to provide business analytical support and leadership from the business side.  The individual will play a highly visible, client-facing, and the consultative role and have the ability to offer system solutions to enhance client implementations and transform client workflow and business processes. Individual should be very good in mapping business functions / attributes with the Insurance rules and data.

Skills Required:

• A successful candidate in this role must:
• Good hands-on skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, TSQL
• Object oriented knowledge should be good
• Have Functional knowledge on P & C
• Overall Tech - 60% and Functional - 40%

Primary Skills:

• Good Data Mapping knowledge, RDBMS / SQL Knowledge

Secondary Skills:

• Oracle Big+

- BE/BTech degree in CS/IT with more than 7 CGPA or similar.

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Frontend Web UI engineer or similar role.

- Must have good understanding of Data Structures/Algorithms/Databases and other CS concepts.

- Should be able to design/implement/deploy end-to-end systems.

- Good/Hands on experience with Angular 8+ and scripting programming languages like JavaScript/Typescript.

- Good/Hands on experience with HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Angular Material or any other UI libraries

- Good/Hands on experience in writing the unit tests.

- Must have worked designing the Angular Modules based on the UI/UX provided with RxJs, NgRx, Websockets etc.

- Should be inquisitive enough to pick and work on multiple programming languages and frameworks based on specific cases.

- Having worked in at least one of the cloud computing services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plus.

- Good Knowledge on Dockers/Kubernetes is a plus.

- Having basic understanding of (or having worked in) server-side web frameworks like NodeJS, Flask, Django is a plus.

Content Marketing Specialist- Job Description

• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

• Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost

• This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion

• Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why

• Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis

We are looking for UI developers with good knowledge of React JS. As a developer you will be responsible for understanding the requirements and developing the UI as per UX / VDs provided by the business / product team. You will be responsible for delivering a performant, robust and easy to maintain application.
