Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation software to build and improve platform functionality
• Ensure reliability, availability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms
• Champion adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Design and build self-service, self-healing, monitoring, and alerting platforms
• Automate development and testing workflows through CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker containers)
• Build and manage container hosting platforms using Kubernetes

Requirements

• Strong experience deploying and maintaining GCP cloud infrastructure
• Well-versed in service-oriented and cloud-based architecture design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud services including compute, storage, networking, messaging, and automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation/Terraform equivalents)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Cassandra)
• Hands-on experience with automation/configuration tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform)

Additional Skills

• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
• Programming/scripting exposure (Bash, Python, Core Java, or Scala)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
• Experience integrating solutions in multi-region environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies

NOTE- This is a contractual role for a period of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

● Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines across services and environments

● Monitor system health and set up alerts/logs for performance & errors ● Work closely with backend/frontend teams to improve deployment velocity

● Manage cloud environments (staging, production) with cost and reliability in mind

● Ensure secure access, role policies, and audit logging

● Contribute to internal tooling, CLI automation, and dev workflow improvements

Must-Haves:

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

● Experience with Docker, CI/CD (especially GitHub Actions), and cloud providers (AWS/GCP)

● Proficiency in writing scripts (Bash, Python) for automation

● Good understanding of system monitoring, logs, and alerting

● Strong debugging skills, ownership mindset, and clear documentation habits

What You'll Do

 Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues raised by internal and external users.

 Working with Monitoring tools like Prometheus / Nagios / Zabbix.

 Developing automation in one or more technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef will be preferred.

 Monitor infrastructure alerts and take proactive action to avoid downtime and customer impacts.

What you should have

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or any related field.

 3 - 6 years of experience in Linux / Unix, cloud computing techniques.

 Familiar with working on cloud and datacenter for enterprise customers.

 Hands-on experience on Linux / Windows / Mac OS’s and Batch/Apple/Bash scripting.

 Experience with various databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL.

 Familiar with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities –

• 3-6 years of experience in deploying and managing highly scalable fault resilient systems
• Strong experience in container orchestration and server automation tools such as Kubernetes, Google Container Engine, Docker Swarm, Ansible, Terraform  

• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

• Strong experience with databases such as  MySQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash.

Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be in charge of:

• Designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Engaging in cross-functional team discussions on design, deployment, operation, and maintenance,  in a fast-moving, collaborative set up
