6+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce platform with deep

understanding of its features and capabilities.

• Hands on experience on developing customised solution using the

declarative tools such as Flows and programmatic tools such as Apex,

Visualforce, Lightning component & LWC.

• Experience in designing complex solutions, handling web service API

internal integrations with other internal and third-party systems and

data modelling.

• Experience in managing development tasks and overseeing project

delivery.

• Hands on experience of Omnistudio and Java script would be an

added advantage.

• Nice to have experience/knowledge on the release management

(migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) with tools like

Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD etc.

• Working experience as technical lead for 1-2 SFDC projects would be

an added advantage.

• Required certifications – Salesforce Admin, Salesforce App Builder,

Salesforce Developer I and Salesforce Developer II

• Preferred Certifications - Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud,

and 2+ Specialisation certifications for domain architect path are plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively

collaborate with the stakeholders.

• Experience in providing technical guidance, resolving conflicts, and

making critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support business objectives by leveraging the Salesforce platform to build and configure comprehensive solutions that improve business processes and drive efficiency gains across all business functions.
• Analyze complex business and technical requirements, with regard to their impact on existing systems and environments, to produce a thorough business and system design.
• Design, configure, develop, document, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including integrations with third party applications and other tools.
• Understand the business needs of internal customers and provide comprehensive solutions for such needs.
• Develop coding standards and provide guidance to software developers.
• Participate in cross functional team communication and knowledge sharing activities.
• Work on complex projects with minimal guidance from managers.
• Fulfil technical lead role on large projects and coordinate development activities.
• Work with requirement owners to estimate and prioritize user system requests.
• Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions, as well as when to customize and enhance.
• Manage and document configuration changes to fields, workflows, reports, roles/permissions, security settings, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards.
• Remain current on Salesforce releases, features, best practices, applications, technologies and certifications (Trailhead)
• Manage release preview and business process testing for ongoing Salesforce bug fixes and new releases, advising the Salesforce users on the strategic direction the application should take, including third party add-ons or additional applications.
• Drive user adoption and best practices to further the long-term success of the system through training and support (as needed)
• Maintain system health checks,
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology
• Minimum of 3 years of hand-on Salesforce development experience
• Extensive technical experience with Salesforce in the following capacities:
• Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and development
• Integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services and other technologies
• Use of APIs, Apex, Lightning, AURA, Visual force to develop extensions to native functionality.
• Implementing platform end-to-end, including data conversion and post-production support and troubleshooting
• System administration, including user management, environment planning, and workflow, approval, and message configuration.
• Experience developing using SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, and XML
• Experience with Agile Project methodology and familiarity with JIRA.

Below is the need for SFCC folks for Salesforce account. We require technically very strong resources. The rounds of interview will be L1 + client interview –

Responsibilities

• Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design
• Communicate project outcomes to internal project stakeholders
• Design, implement, and monitor for automated campaigns across email and web and recommendations how to optimize further.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
• Experience in reporting and analysing campaign activity using Pardot reports and can make recommendations to the business.
• Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
• Sales Cloud knowledge and ability to set up features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder.
• Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. Zoom, Zapier)
• Creating nurture journeys through Engagement Studio
• Should know how to setup custom email preference centre and unsubscribe pages
• Good understanding of automation Rules and Segmentation lists based on prospect categorizations and to be used in various marketing communications

Required Qualifications and Background

• At least 2 years’ experience in delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects
• Successfully completed at least two Pardot implementations
• At least 2 years’ experience working hands-on with Pardot
• Certified Pardot Specialist
• Certified Pardot Consultant
• At least 2 years B2B marketing experience

Desirable:

• B2B Marketing Agency experience
• A University degree in Marketing or Tech-related subject
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Experience using the Pardot API to integrate third-party systems.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Hubspot.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media marketing.
• Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on Sales/Service Cloud/Community or Force.com platform and integrations
• 4+ Salesforce Certifications in development & Administration.
