Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and at least one modern PHP framework. 
• Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc.).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.

- B.E/M.C. A Or B.C.A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Or Similar Relevant Field

 - Strong Knowledge of PHP Web Frameworks E.G Laravel

 - Understanding the Fully Synchronous Behaviour Of PHP

Technical Skills

• Exposure with back-end programming languages with hands on JAVA, Node JS etc along with Spring framework.

• Has experience dealing with JIRA (issue tracking tools), Confluence (knowledge management) tools.
• Experience with building and maintaining microservices.
• Experience with building and integrating the core system with external APIS.
• Good to have: Domain knowledge in the BFSI tech stack.
• Has handled scalability and worked on backend security protocols.
• Has worked on both mobile and web development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

1. Contribute in all phases of the software development life cycle.
2. Partake in software and architectural development activities.
3. Conduct software analysis, programming, unit-testing and debugging.
4. Transforming requirements into functional modules.
5. Recommend changes to improve established application processes.
6. Work quickly with a clear bias towards actions and continuous development.
7. Participate in regular code reviews of peers and be open to pairing when necessary.

• Lead a full product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to roll out and support
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure)

1. 7+ Years’ of experience, managing teams of 5+ people
2. Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design principles.
3. Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, NodeJS, Go, JavaScript, Python programming stacks, and passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
4. Knowledge of software practices like refactoring, clean code, domain driven design, Encapsulation etc
5. Hands on experience managing databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
6. Exposure to event driven systems and event streaming engines like Kafka
7. Good knowledge of DevOps tooling like docker, kubernetes, ansible/chef, AWS.
