Social Media Marketer (Internship)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for various products and services
• Compare suppliers based on pricing, quality standards, delivery timelines, and reliability
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost efficiency

2. Purchase Order Management

• Prepare and issue purchase orders with accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement requirements
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
• Assist in inventory planning to minimize excess stock and avoid shortages

4. Supplier Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Address supplier performance issues, quality concerns, and delivery delays
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and procurement documentation
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing required procurement data

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Purchase/Procurement field or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for purchase and inventory management

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors

What you'll do:

· Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks

· Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

· Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage.

· Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

· Mentor junior developers on the team

• Strong Product Design Profile, with a focus on B2B Enterprise products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ YOE in hands-on experience in Product Design, with recent 2+ YOE in complex B2B Enterprise scale Products
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in solving complex B2B workflows, creating wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have strong Product Designs for complex B2B Enterprise level applications, (like B2B dashboards, Admin configurations, analytics etc)
• Mandatory (Company) - Large-Scale B2B SaaS / Enterprise-level Products

• The customer support team provides 24/7 high-quality customer engagement and a smooth experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and guiding users through technical challenges.
• Deliver exceptional technical support by responding promptly to inbound queries, providing step-by-step guidance, and providing timely updates on open queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product-related issues in real-time, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to creating comprehensive product documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to empower the team and enhance self-help capabilities.
• Conducting thorough testing of new features within the test environment for a better understanding of the product.
• Provide status updates and conduct periodic meetings to keep clients up to date.
• Adhering to the escalation matrix promptly to guarantee that customer issues are addressed within the specified SLA.
• Maintain the KPIs and KRAs set to ensure alignment with organizational targets and goals.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the team consistently provides resolutions under established standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in issue resolution.
• Customer-focused mindset, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for users.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex product features.
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and other support tools to streamline issue resolution processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving product requirements.
• Eagerness to learn about the product and its capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills ensure the technical terms are understandable to non-technical individuals.

• 4 to 7 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of software engineering)
• Strong in Javascript & Typescript + frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, etc.
• Strong experience in architecting complex, distributed systems in public or private cloud
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Python, Airflow, Postgres, etc.)
• Willingness to travel to offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of  back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, PHP, Python) 
• JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail.
