Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java full-stack developer with 5–8 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Java, Microservices, React/Redux, Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and GCP. You will work on designing and deploying full-stack applications that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, React, and Redux
• Build microservices following SOLID principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional team,s including product owners, QA, BAs, and other engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Stay updated on security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6 features
• Expertise in React.js with advanced knowledge of hooks (useCallback, useMemo, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Redux for state management

Backend

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Building and maintaining Microservices architectures

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Ansible
• Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/GKE
• Experience with IAM, security roles, service accounts

Cloud

• Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services

Database

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery

Scripting

• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting and Python

Non-Technical Skills

Desired Technical Skills -

• Min 7 years of experience working in scalable cloud based product companies/MNCs
• Must have deeper understanding of Django, React, AWS Infrastructure, DevOps, sql and nosql databases
• Must have managed the architecture and solution design of product and have clear vision to handle the volume of data
• Min 7 years in Django Development with exposure to REST API, Third Party API integration, Social Media API Integrations, Oauth integration
• Must have knowledge of developing Microservices oriented architecture based services using REST APIs with Token based authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Knowledge of Celery, Ngnix, Scheduler and multi-threading is required

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a PHP/ CodeIgniter Developer with a strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Expertise in creating static and dynamic websites, along with hands-on experience in CRM development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel, RESTfull APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in MySQL, SQL
• Should be able to integrate thirdparty APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying and managing web applications on different hosting platforms.
