Job Role: Associate Art Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction and execution of social media campaigns and content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Conceptualize and design engaging creatives including carousels, reels, gifs, memes, static posts, and short-form video content.
- Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers and motion artists; provide constructive feedback and push for creative excellence.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assets while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with social media design trends, platform updates, and viral content mechanics.
- Take ownership of visual presentations to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
What we are looking for-
- 4–6 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design work, brand storytelling, and campaign-based creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats and user behavior.
