We are looking for motivated Power Platform Interns with an interest in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates who want hands-on experience in building low-code applications, workflow automation, and process optimization. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation. 

About the Role: Sales operations is a vital function within an organization that focuses on optimizing and improving the effectiveness of sales processes. Operating behind the scenes, sales operations professionals play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

·      Optimize sales processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.

·      Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

·      Analyze sales data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations.

Job Description for Drools developer -

• Hands on experience in design and development in Drools rule engine (minimum 1.5 years) and Core Java
• Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Expertise in object oriented programming
• Experience in Deploying and supporting core and advanced features
• Good exposure to SQL and/or Oracle/ MySQL,
• Candidate should be well verse with Agile processes
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders is required.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive product solutions over calls from initiating the call till the closure
• Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
• Counselling students and helping them understand to choose the programmes offered at Maven Silicon.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
• Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of sales target achievements
• Excellent communication skill in English,
• Consultative Sales Skills and Convincing skills.
• Good in Excel (Mandatory) & preparing MIS reports. Experience with CRM would be preferred.
• Experience in Counselling/Tele Sales/Inside Sales in training companies or educational institutes
• Speaking regional languages like Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi would be an added advantage.
• Interest in the Education Sector, preferred.

4-6 years of total experience in data warehousing and business intelligence

3+ years of solid Power BI experience (Power Query, M-Query, DAX, Aggregates)

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Interacting with Japanese Customers / Targeted Audience
2. Fixing the appointments to the Managers/ Business Heads
3. Prospecting the Right audience for our Business
4. Handle the calls when Manager is not available

Desired Profile :

1. Proficiency in Japanese Language
2. Experience in Lead Generation is a Plus
3. Able to take the calls confidently
4. Experience in Fixing Appointments and Maintaining the Calendars

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
