Job Requirement-
No of candidates- 2-4
Roles: - Business Development (Associate/Executive)
Experience: - 01 to 03 years
Salary:- up to 2.4 lac.
Qualification: - BE, MBA etc. (Experience and Communication is the most important parameter)
Business development responsibilities:
• Responsible for Identifying new IT sales lead generation
• Pitching IT products and/or services
• Contacting potential clients through cold calls or emails and set up Meetings
• Presenting our company to potential clients
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Ensuring sales goals and meet the Targets.
• Excellent communication skills (English writing and verbal)
Job Structure: - First 6 Months Probation (Including 3 Months training & 3 months on role) and Once Confirmed- On role as per the performance.
Salary Breakdown:- up to 10K to 20K (Based on interview and performance)
