Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter & Dart. The role involves end-to-end development, API integration, performance optimization, and collaboration with Product, UI/UX, QA, and Backend teams.

Mandatory Skills :

Flutter, Dart, BLoC / Provider / Riverpod, REST API, JSON, Firebase, Git, Mobile App Development, Performance Optimization

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Build reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate REST APIs, JSON, Firebase Authentication & Push Notifications.
• Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Leverage AI coding/productivity tools such as Cursor/Kiro and ChatGPT.
• Work with Figma/Figma AI and understand UI/UX implementation requirements.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) / iOS (Swift), animations, and custom widgets is preferred.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of mobile application development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
