You’ll be the spark that starts conversations, builds connections, and identifies new business opportunities for Integra Magna.

What You’ll Do:

• Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients across platforms such as LinkedIn, industry websites, events, email campaigns, and professional networks.
• Own and drive outbound growth across global markets, from prospecting to first meaningful conversations
• Prepare and execute structured outreach across LinkedIn, email, and warm networks, not templated spam
• Build, manage, and optimise a scalable lead pipeline using modern CRM and outreach tools
• Personalise messaging based on industry, business stage, and real brand context
• Collaborate with strategy and design teams to shape proposals, pitch decks, and outreach narratives
• Track outreach performance, response rates, conversions, and continuously improve the system.
• Take ownership of lead generation goals and consistently work toward achieving defined growth targets.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate communication across time zones and markets when required.

Who Should Apply:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in business development, growth, sales, or outreach roles.

Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, journal entries, vouchers)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with CA

Assist in audits and provide required financial data

Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

We are looking for enthusiastic engineers passionate about building and maintaining solutioning platform components on cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure. The ideal candidate will go beyond traditional SRE responsibilities by collaborating with stakeholders, understanding the applications hosted on the platform, and designing automation solutions that enhance platform efficiency, reliability, and value.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree

• Exposure to DevOps tools, with experience integrating platform components into Sagemaker/ECR and AWS Cloud environments.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience working on AI/ML projects

• Understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML Modeling, Libraries, frameworks, and Tools (TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch etc.)

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Must have experience leading a team of around 15-20 team members in an Agile environment.

To meet this end, we are looking for a senior software engineer with very strong technical and problem solving skills, someone who loves to work on hard problems and is great with building scalable solutions.

As part of the founding team, the tech lead will have various responsibilites, such as designing the app architecture, writing the first version of the app from scratch, and building and leading the core technical team. 

Following key skills are expected : 

1. Strong grasp for good product design.
2. Minimum 2 Years Experience working with Node.js, MySQL/PostgresQL.
3. Should have excellent coding skills in Javascript/ES6.
4. Strong conceptual grasp of React Native or Flutter and minimum 1 year experience in the same.
5. Strong knowledge of AWS.
6. Good product architectural sensibilities to take product from concept to implementation
7. Deep understanding of OO concepts, Database design, REST APIs, GraphQL & Service design. 
8. Knowledge of agile development and version control tools like GIT.
