🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Manage and implement Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) to unify and manage enterprise data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
• Adhere to best practices in data security, performance, and system architecture
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and maintain clear technical documentation

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with third-party integrations and middleware platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data management platforms
• Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, flows, and triggers
• Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification(s)
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD best practices

What you’ll be doing at Novo:

● Systems thinking
● Creating best practices, templates, and automation for build, test, integration and
deployment pipelines on multiple projects
● Designing and developing tools for easily creating and managing dev/test infrastructure
and services in AWS cloud
● Providing expertise and guidance on CI/CD, Github, and other development tools via
containerization
● Monitoring and support systems in Dev, UAT and production environments
● Building mock services and production-like data sources for use in development and
testing
● Managing Github integrations, feature flag systems, code coverage tools, and other
development & monitoring tools tools
● Participating in support rotations to help troubleshoot to infrastructure issues

● Creating and working with containers, as well as using container orchestration tools
(Kubernetes / Docker)
● AWS: S3, EKS, EC2, RDS, Route53, VPC etc.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability engineer to join our team and be instrumental in taking our products to the next level.

In this role, you will be working on bleeding edge hybrid cloud / on-premise infrastructure handing billions of events and terabytes of data a day.

You will be responsible for working closely with various engineering teams to design, build and maintain a globally distributed infrastructure footprint.

As part of role, you will be responsible for researching new technologies, managing a large fleet of active services and their underlying servers, automating the deployment, monitoring and scaling of components and optimizing the infrastructure for cost and performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Ensure the operational integrity of the global infrastructure
• Design repeatable continuous integration and delivery systems
• Test and measure new methods, applications and frameworks
• Analyze and leverage various AWS-native functionality
• Support and build out an on-premise data center footprint
• Provide support and diagnose issues to other teams related to our infrastructure
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (If Required)

• Expert-level administrator of Linux-based systems
• Experience managing distributed data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, etc) Aerospike experience is a plus.
• Experience with production deployments of Kubernetes Cluster
• Experience in automating provisioning and managing Hybrid-Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP and On-Prem) at scale.
• Knowledge of monitoring platform (Prometheus, Grafana, Graphite).
• Experience in Distributed storage systems such as Ceph or GlusterFS.
• Experience in virtualisation with KVM, Ovirt and OpenStack.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform and Ansible
• Bash and Python Scripting Expertise
• Network troubleshooting experience (TCP, DNS, IPv6 and tcpdump)
• Experience with continuous delivery systems (Jenkins, Gitlab, BitBucket, Docker)
• Experience managing hundreds to thousands of servers globally

• Good knowledge of SQL database ( MySQL, Oracle, etc )
• Good understanding of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc.
• Good understanding of spring boot and microservices.
• Exposure to AWS services - S3, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.

Good to have

• Knowledge of No-SQL DBs like mongo, dynamoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of message brokers/queuing services like SQL, rabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
