Full Stack Engineer

 Senior Technical Consultant (Polyglot)

Experience- 5-9 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

Good Communication skills is a must have.

Key Responsibilities would include: 

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications. 

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and implement solutions. 

3. Develop & customize the application using HTML5, CSS, and jQuery to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. 

4. Integrate with relational databases (RDBMS) to manage and retrieve data efficiently. 

5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. 

6. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. 

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and systems. 

Qualification requirement - 

1. 4 years of hands-on experience in Java / J2ee development, preferably with enterprise-level projects.

2. Spring Framework including - SOA, AoP and Spring security 

3. Proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.

4. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

5. Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle

6. Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and experience with SQL.

7. Experience with version control systems like Git.

8. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) 

9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• MERN stack developer should have the ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps.
• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
• MERN stack developer must have proven experience in front & back-end development
• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
• Reactjs Nodejs developer must know MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React.
• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
• MERN full stack developer must have the ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
• Understanding & proficiency in REST APIs.
• Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB]

• MERN Fullstack eCommerce developer is responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• Experience with Ubuntu OS is a plus
• experience deploying softwares to cloud providers such as GCP, AWS

• Ensuring the developing application(website) has met the security standards: Front end Back end
• Testing: Experience with unit testing and tools
• WordPress development
• Working with API (REST)
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices (Mobile).
• Experience in Cloud Computing (i.e. AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
