This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

Good Communication skills is a must have.

Responsibilities

Frontend:

• Develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using HTML, CSS (SASS), React, and Vanilla JS.
• Implement real-time features using sockets for dynamic, interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent UI/UX patterns and deliver visually compelling products.

Backend:

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Integrate AI-driven features to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Ensure the code adheres to best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.

Database & Data Management:

• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data, ensuring optimal queries and indexing.
• Utilize ClickHouse or MongoDB where appropriate to handle specific data workloads and analytics needs.
• Contribute to building dashboards and tools for analytics and reporting.
• Leverage AI/ML concepts to derive insights from data and improve system performance.

General:

• Use Git for version control; conduct code reviews, ensure clean commit history, and maintain robust documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging frameworks, and apply them to enhance our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in team processes and code quality.

1. 3+ Years of development experience in the full-stack development (preferred MERN technology stack). Should be proficient in working with technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and JS with frameworks like NodeJs and ReactJS.

Responsibilities:

4. Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.

5. Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.

6. Should be able to write optimized business logic for business functions

• Proven working experience in web programming.
• Top-notch Programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS/jQuery.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process.
