Responsibilities: 

● Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. 

● Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. 

● Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

Requirements: 

● Proven work experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Senior Software Developer

● Strong experience designing and developing scalable and interactive applications

● Hands-on expertise in React or similar UI technologies for frontend development and Python or other modern backend languages 

● Experience in mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or Native Android/iOS) 

● Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) with strong proficiency in SQL 

● Experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., TypeORM, SQLAlchemy or similar)

● Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and caching systems like Redis is a plus 

● Test-driven development and automated testing experience is a plus ● Proficiency with modern software engineering tools, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines 

● Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end delivery 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders

● Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is an added advantage 

Required Qualifications:

• OOPS - In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles

• Solid - In-depth knowledge and practical knowledge of applying SOLID design principles

• Architectural Patterns - In-depth understanding of design patterns and have experience in designing and building complex architecture solutions

• React + Typescript - Extensive hands-on experience in React + Typescript, building high-performance complex frontends

• Unit testing - Ability to write Unit Testing using Jest framework

• Dotnet core webapi - Extensive hands-on experience in writing WebAPIs using dotnet core. Should have advanced knowledge on middlewares, auth flow, etc.

• C# - Solid knowledge on advanced C# language features like Lambda functions, Generics, etc.

• Entity Framework - Solid knowledge on Entity framework database first and code first approach

• Unit testing - Ability to write Unit Testing using popular mock frameworks and XUnit framework

• SQL - Advanced - Extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL (DDL, DML, Aggregates, Functions, Stored proc, etc)

• Query Performance Tuning - Ability to understand query plans and tune compelx queries to improve performance

• Core services - Advanced knowledge and hands-on in building applications hosted in AWS using ECS containers, API Gateway, Lambda, Postgres/DynamoDb

• IAC - Hands-on experience in writing Teraform Scripting - CI/CD, Github pipelines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

You should have
