The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript skills and practical experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, REST APIs, and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work extensively on ITSM and HRSD implementations and enhancements.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build and support REST API integrations with external applications.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Support upgrades, deployments, testing, and production releases.
• Apply ITIL principles while designing and implementing ITSM solutions.

Required Skills
