Product Marketing Manager — ADDA
Location: Bengaluru / Remote-friendly, must be living in Apartment Complex

This role is about marketing to our existing customers, not winning new ones.
As our Product Marketer, you'll help customers:
- See the value. Understand which of their everyday problems each ADDA feature solves.
- Use it well. Know exactly how to adopt and get the most out of those features.
Your north-star metric is customer retention. You succeed when customers use more of ADDA, get more value from it, and stay with us.
This role is not about acquisition. If most of your experience is in performance marketing, growth marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, or converting prospects into paying users, this role won't be the right fit. We'd rather tell you that now than waste your time.
Responsibilities
- Product marketing inside and outside the product. Inside, that means in-product nudges, pop-ups, tooltips, walkthrough videos, and notifications. Outside, it means social posts, blogs, website pages, emails, and WhatsApp communication. Both are yours, end to end.
- Launching new releases. Tell customers what's new and persuade them to start using it.
- Driving ongoing adoption. Run continuous programs such as Feature of the Month, customer success stories, feature highlights, and social content, so features get discovered, adopted, and used regularly.
- Keeping every asset current. Update the website, decks, USP docs, pricing, screenshots, and case studies as the product evolves.
- Shaping features from the start. Work with Product Managers at the PRD/FS stage to agree on the pain points, benefits, product marketing plan, and discoverability of each feature.
What we're looking for
- 4–6 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS product company
- Evidence of owning a launch end to end: positioning through to adoption, not just producing the assets someone else specified
- Strong creative skill across formats — blogs, product pages, emails, in-product copy, setup guides, social posts and other shareables, videos
- Comfort with numbers: you can pull product usage data, read a funnel, and say honestly whether something worked
- The discipline to run a content calendar.
- Hands-on experience on visuals and short videos (Canva, editing, or strong AI-tool leverage)
