Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss. The Company provides personalized consultations that help determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that are curated from a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Traya's secret lies in the power of diagnosis. Our unique platform diagnoses the patient’s hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track. Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.

Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

About Product Team:

Our Product Team works closely with the Business and Engineering teams to ensure we develop the right technology solutions for customer experience, acquisition, and retention. Traya web and app are at the heart of user acquisition and retention. These platforms enable the user to get their hair loss diagnosed, purchase the hair care kit, get hair coach support, access features that help them remain consistent with their routine, and achieve great hair. The product management team at Traya is seeking a highly motivated, data driven Product Manager to drive the consumer-facing web and app products.

A successful Product Manager must have exceptional user insights and research background, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.

Responsibilities:

●Acquisition/ Retention Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retention/acquisition strategy for our mobile app, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

●User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers, to enhance the overall user experience within the app, ensuring use in seamless navigation and engagement.

●Feature Development: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of new features and functionalities within the app that contribute to improved user retention. Analytics and Insights: Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behaviour, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions to increase user engagement and retention.

● A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the performance of different features and strategies, optimizing for user retention metrics. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

●Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

●KPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user retention and regularly monitor, report, and analyse these metrics to track the success of implemented strategies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on improving user retention in a consumer company.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.

● Experience with mobile app development and a solid understanding of user experience principles.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven

decision-making approach.

● Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.

• Collaborate with team members to develop high quality software.
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company.
• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch. Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
