Role Summary:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing channels, such as paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. Your leadership and analytical expertise will help drive growth, maximize ROI, and shape our overall marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and lead digital marketing campaigns across PPC, display, social media, affiliate, and other performance channels.

·      Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.

·      Oversee A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page optimization.

·      Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

·      Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales and product to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.

·      Track, report, and present key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROI) to stakeholders and executive leadership.
