Summary

We are looking for a 'passionate sales enthusiast’ and a skilful business development executive (BDE) to contribute to achieving our marketing and sales goals. The BDE will primarily work as the front face of Emipro to the prospect who will be a spokesperson or decision-maker for small and medium enterprises. You will have to understand their requirements, coordinate and discuss with your superior and direct the process further in alignment with Emipro’s business vision and ensure your interactions with our customers reflect positively on the company and its growth.

• Quality Engineering / Test Automation

1. Secondary Skills:

Work closely with product manager and developer to understand product

requirements and design.

• Design and execute manual test cases - End2End testing, functional

• Coordinate with the developer, product manager, and other business

stakeholders on test case review, identify missing and complex test case

scenarios.

• Raise bug for test case failure, Publish test report,

JOB SUMMARY:  The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics Manager by proposing relevant analytics procedures/tools, executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits, continuous monitoring/auditing and IA initiatives. The individual’s responsibilities include -

Understanding audit and/or project objectives and assisting the manager in preparing the plan and timelines.

Working with the Process/BU/IA teams for gathering requirements for continuous monitoring/auditing projects.

Working with Internal audit project teams to understand the analytics requirements for audit engagements.

Independently build pilot/prototype, determine appropriate visual tool and design the views to meet project objectives.

Proficient in data management and data mining.

Highly skilled on visualization tools like Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.

Working with Data Analytics Manager to develop analytics program aligned to the overall audit plan.

Showcasing analytics capability to Process management teams to increase adoption of continuous monitoring.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of internal audit.

Coaching other data analysts on analytics procedures, coding and tools.

Taking a significant and active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.

Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.

Continuously focusing on self-development by attending trainings, seminars and acquiring relevant certifications.

• Implement best practices for the engineering team across code hygiene, overall architecture design, testing, and deployment activities
• Drive technical decisions for building data pipelines, data lakes, and analyst access.
• Act as a leader within the engineering team, providing support and mentorship for teammates across functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
• Experienced developer in large data environments
• Experience using Git productively in a team environment

Current extensive hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing on Android platform, analyzing requirements, creating test cases/scenarios based on requirements and mapping them through traceability matrix.

-           Strong proficiency in a black box, functional, API, regression, user acceptance, UI, Usability, Cross-Platform testing, and Client & Server Validations

-           Experience in API testing

-           Knowledge of Rest/Soap and Postman.

-           Experience with Defect Management tools like JIRA/Bugzilla and test management tools like Testlink/TestRail.

-           Experience with tools (Moenagage, Branch, Firebase)for tracking in-app event data and analytics

-           Experience in executing basic SQL queries.

-           Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language(C/C++/Python/Java)

-           2 years of experience in automation testing using Appium and TestNG is a must

-           Hands-on experience in Performance Testing (Jmeter)

-           Hands-on experience in security testing(Burp Suite, Charles).
